| With the development of e-commerce,the electronic trading market of bulk commodities has become an indispensable part of my country’s economic development.In recent years,the risk events caused by the random access of non-performing corporate entities to the bulk market have occurred frequently,and they have shown a trend of high concealment and difficulty to detect.There is a lack of effective association and collaboration among existing trading platforms,the lack of dynamic feedback for the transaction process within the platform,and the lack of data integration and sharing,resulting in weak correlation analysis capabilities of market participants’ cross-platform behavior and cross-trading behavior,and the ability to systematically evaluate the entry qualifications of entities.In addition,there is a relative lack of theoretical and technical research on admission qualification assessment at home and abroad at this stage.Therefore,there is an urgent need to study online evaluation technology for subject access qualifications,and to provide subject access qualification evaluation services for the market.First of all,the paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation and development trends at home and abroad,and then proposes a method and two mechanisms for access qualification evaluation in response to the problems of non-uniform market access rules,one-sided evaluation data,and lack of association and collaboration on platforms.,which are a rule-based personalized access qualification evaluation method,a dynamic feedback mechanism based on transaction abnormality monitoring results,and a network association sharing mechanism based on cross-platform evaluation results.Secondly,based on the fusion of multi-source data,the index data is standardized and unified to form an access qualifi cation evaluation index set,and the value orientation and hierarchical relationship of each index data are classified and graded,and an access qualification evaluation index system is constructed.On this basis,combined with AHP,a three-layer hierarchical structure evaluation model is established,and a detaluation process and specific calculation method are designed,and the model is verified and analyzed by an example.The experimental results show that the model can evaluate and calculate the subjects of different market conditions,and obtain reasonable evaluation results.Finally,according to the research and analysis of market demand,the thesis carries out the overall design,business function design and database design of the system,and implements a set of enterprise access qualification inspection and evaluation system oriented to the commodity trading market based on the open source framework Spring Boot of the Java platform.After deployment and testing,the system can inspect and evaluate enterprise entities before entering the market,and provide the market with online evaluation,efficient feedback,and reliable information for entity access qualification assessment services,with certain social and economic value contributions.The system has been integrated and applied on the comprehensive service platform of national key R&D projects.The theoretical and technical system established in the paper can promote the research and innovation of related theoretical technologies in the field of commodity e-commerce supervision and service,and provide a feasible solution for solving the service problem of online access qualification evaluation of subjects.This paper forms a relatively complete theoretical and technical system from the research of key service technologies and the realization of comprehensive service platform,which can promote the network and information innovation of the supervision and service of the electronic trading market of bulk commodities,and solve the main standards of the electronic commerce market of bulk commodities.The entry problem provides technical support. |
