Multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)technology is an important part of 5G communication system,which can achieve higher transmission rate and more reliable communication by spatial multiplexing and spatial diversity technology of multiple antennas.In recent years,the research trend of MIMO system has developed from single-user to multiuser,and in the actual multi-user(MU)system,the data transmission between users will generate mutual interference,which affects the communication quality of the whole system.This thesis focuses on interference suppression and cancellation,polarization selection characteristics and uneven data stream distribution leading to unsatisfactory system capacity performance for user coexistence of MU-MIMO communication.The polarization diversity and beamforming technology show their potential in improving link quality and suppressing user interference while maintaining the size of MIMO antenna array.To this end,this thesis combines relay strategies,beamforming,and antenna array polarization optimization to study the channel capacity optimization of MU-MIMO model.By introducing the classic COST2100 3D channel model,this study analyzes the overall channel capacity and polarization optimization problem of MU communication.The dependence and importance of MPC polarization selection for user interference suppression under beamforming are analyzed.Through polarization-selective relay strategies and beamforming technology,we propose regular polarization selection optimization,hybrid simulated annealing particle swarm optimization(BSAPSO),and dynamic weighted particle swarm optimization algorithm with contraction factor(CF-DWPSO).The performance of simulation analysis shows that the polarization selection scheme of CF-DWPSO can significantly improve the channel capacity of MU-MIMO polarization relay links,and the beamforming technology of antenna array can greatly suppress user interference,making the channel utilization rate of effective links better.This work shows that optimizing the polarization configuration of the antenna array is of great significance for improving the performance of MU-MIMO relay channels.
