Research On Digital Transformation Strategy Of A Security Enterprises Based On Middle Platform Strategy

With the gradual penetration of cloud computing,big data,the Internet of Things and the new generation of artificial intelligence technology into various fields of social economy,more and more enterprises are carrying out digital transformation through internal technological innovation and organizational reform.However,A security enterprise has a relatively serious island effect in the process of digital transformation,resulting in low resource utilization and other problems,which to some extent hindered the process of digital transformation of enterprises,Suppressed the improvement of market response speed.In view of this,it is urgent to break the information barrier between departments,realize the sharing of resources and capabilities,and eliminate the island effect by using the middle platform strategy.Through a case study of A Security Enterprise,this article explores the impact path of middle platform strategy on enterprise digital transformation,reveals the realization mechanism of middle platform strategy in digital transformation,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.This thesis is divided into six chapters: The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,research significance and research methods,and draws the research technology roadmap according to the research content;The second chapter takes strategic management theory,organizational change theory,and resource based theory as theoretical support,and reviews relevant literature on digital transformation,dynamic capabilities,and middle platform strategy;The third chapter first introduces the general situation of A security enterprise,then analyzes the internal and external status of A security enterprise’s digital transformation using PEST and SWOT tools,and summarizes the problems existing in the current digital transformation process of A security enterprise;The fourth chapter puts forward an empirical research model and designs a measurement scale through sorting out the existing research,uses SPSS software to conduct sample analysis,reliability and validity test,and verifies the impact mechanism of the middle platform strategy on digital transformation through structural equation model;The fifth chapter,based on the theoretical analysis and empirical research results,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the Digital transformation of security enterprise A from the three aspects of middle office strategy,dynamic capability and talent governance;The sixth chapter is the research conclusion and prospect of this thesis.This study mainly analyzes the impact mechanism of the middle platform strategy on the digital transformation of enterprises.The empirical research results show that there is a positive correlation between the middle platform strategy and dynamic capabilities,digital transformation.On the one hand,the middle platform strategy can directly promote the digital transformation of enterprises;On the other hand,the implementation of the middle platform strategy can realize the effective sharing and reuse of resources,thus improving the enterprise’s ability of resource integration,environmental awareness and innovation and transformation.At the same time,the research found that these three dynamic capabilities have a positive and significant impact on the digital transformation of enterprises,proving that these three dynamic capabilities play a key intermediary role in the impact path of the middle platform strategy on the digital transformation.This means that the middle platform strategy can also have a positive impact on the digital transformation of enterprises by improving these three dynamic capabilities.Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical research results,this thesis puts forward the following suggestions: First,A security enterprise can achieve the integration and reuse of general business through the establishment of the business center,shorten the business response time,improve the agility of the front office business response,and enable it to quickly respond to market changes;Secondly,the data center can be used to standardize data standards,conduct unified governance and value mining on data,and eliminate the data island effect within the enterprise;Third,the technology center can help enterprise A to realize the rapid call of common code,so that the R&D personnel can focus more on the development of new technology,so as to improve the innovation and transformation ability of the enterprise.
