| In the context of rapid development of information technology,big data,as a disruptive change in the information technology industry,redefines enterprise management decisions,organizational business processes,and individual decisionmaking.Big data has been applied in public management,medical treatment,retail and other industries.Big data is gradually integrated into human resources,finance,production and operation,and marketing.The application of big data technology in the work scenario has become an important part of daily work.Due to the characteristics of big data such as large capacity,fast data generation,value contained in data,and multiple types of data,users of big data technology have certain difficulties in completing work with big data.Users of big data will be under pressure from big data technology because they cannot use big data to complete work tasks.According to the characteristics of big data technology,the pressure of big data technology is divided into big data technostress insecurity,big data technostress complexity and big data technostress overload.The stress process model points out that individuals will have negative psychological reactions in the stress environment,which will affect the behavior results.Big data technology users will have data anxiety in the stress situation,which will affect the data management ability of employees.Therefore,this study is based on the stress process model and combined with the stress coping theory to explore the impact of big data technostress on data management ability and the internal mechanism of the people who use big data technology in work.Starting from the stress process model,this study studied the mediating effect of big data technostress on data management ability through data anxiety.According to the stress coping theory,the main coping methods of problem-focused coping and emotional-focused coping are introduced.Big data control and psychological adjustment are used to explore the impact of stress coping on the relationship between data anxiety and data management ability.This study takes the users who use big data at work as the research object to carry out a multi-point research survey.A total of 404 valid questionnaires were collected,and SPSS26.0 and Smart PLS3.0 were used as statistical tools to analyze and verify the data.Finally,the following conclusions were reached:(1)big data technostress insecurity,big data technostress complexity,and big data technostress overload positively affect data anxiety;(2)Data anxiety negatively affects data management ability;(3)Data anxiety plays an intermediary role between the insecurity pressure of big data technology,the complexity pressure of big data technology,the overload pressure of big data technology and the data management ability;(4)Big data control negatively regulate the relationship between data anxiety and data management ability;(5)Big data technology control regulate the intermediary role of data anxiety between big data technostress and data management ability.This study integrates the theory of pressure process and pressure response,further enriching the research literature in the field of big data technostress;Deepen the research on the internal impact mechanism of big data technostress on data management capability;The combination of stress process model and stress coping theory has been expanded,providing a new perspective for relevant research on the use of enterprise big data.In practice,this study provides coping strategies for dealing with data anxiety caused by the big data technostress,attaches importance to the training of employees on big data technology,encourages enterprises to introduce EAP projects to guide employees to correctly understand the big data technostress at work,and reduces the negative impact of data anxiety on data management ability.Finally,at the end of this study,it points out the shortcomings of the study and the prospects for future research. |
