| Mobile phone as a daily work and life communication essential,its performance,quality and service by consumers more attention.If mobile phone manufacturers want to make their products stand out from the fierce competition,they need to grasp the real preferences of consumers in time and make product updates and improvements with specific targets.Therefore,how to quickly find the direction of product improvement and formulate improvement strategies from massive online reviews is an important content of current mobile phone improvement research.This thesis sorts out the literature at home and abroad on the three aspects of mobile phone online review feature extraction,sentiment analysis and product defect identification and improvement,analyzes the existing research deficiencies,and proposes an IPCA mobile phone thickness and granular fusion improvement method for online comment multi-attribute sentiment analysis,and formulates targeted mobile phone improvement strategies through case analysis.Firstly,the emotional dictionary of mobile online comments is reconstructed,and the multiple attributes of mobile online comments are extracted and the sentiment value is calculated based on the unsupervised learning method integrated into the attention mechanism.Secondly,considering the consistency between attribute reviews and the emotional tendency of the entire review,comprehensively evaluate the importance and satisfaction of product attributes,and effectively identify consumer preferences.Thirdly,through the IPA analysis of the product itself and the IPCA analysis of similar competitive products,an improvement method for coarse-fine-grained fusion smart phones is proposed.Finally,taking OPPO mobile phones as an example for case analysis,and comparing them with VIVO,Honor and Xiaomi mobile phones,the low-end and high-end phones are distinguished,and the OPPO mobile phone attribute improvement strategy is proposed.This thesis takes OPPO smart phone as an example for empirical analysis.The study found that appearance,screen,photography,operation,battery,sound and service were the top consumer concerns.OPPO smart phones should focus on improving the operation and battery attributes,gradually improve the screen and service attributes,and maintain the appearance and photography advantage attributes,and should pay attention to issues such as deadlock,flash retreat,heating,battery capacity,battery life,flash charging speed,screen resolution,fingerprint unlock,and so on,so as to effectively improve the product. |
