Research On The Information Barrier-free Construction Of Public Library Website In China

With the rapid development of society,information technology in People’s Daily life plays a very important role,especially under the impact of the outbreak of the new champions league,the dependence of the people for it is more significant,but the information technology in addition to bring people more convenient way of life,also will save a part of people reject it,"digital divide" phenomenon.Combined with our country economic stability to the good development trend,the cultural demand of people also have more and more high request,the library as the important component of public cultural service system in our country,to expand the service channels at the same time,also cannot ignore some groups demand for library services,to fully consider the disabled reader and older readers,weak readers’ physical and psychological conditions,We will implement the concept of "information accessibility" into the whole process of service,and strive to provide readers with diversified and high-quality online services.Taking the websites of China’s national library,China Digital Library for the disabled,China Digital Library for the blind,China Braille library and 31 provincial public libraries as the survey objects,this paper investigates their websites through literature survey method,network survey method and barrier free detection tools,analyzes the current situation of their website information barrier free construction,and combs their characteristic experience,On the basis of its shortcomings,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions for the website information accessibility construction of Public Libraries in China,including paying attention to the website information accessibility construction,improving the awareness of information accessibility service,strengthening the accessibility auxiliary function of the website,increasing capital investment,carrying out the website information accessibility evaluation,paying more attention to the needs of readers and improving the information accessibility legislative environment,In order to provide reference for the barrier free construction of public library website information in China.
