Following the prosperous development of e-commerce,the logistics industry has achieved leapfrog growth for the past few years.However,the conventional logistics distribution mode can not be delivered to domiciles,and the problems of low intelligence are increasingly obvious.For the safe distribution of logistics,improving the efficiency of distribution and meeting the needs of users,based on Alibaba Cloud IoT platform,through the smart home development scheme of “Alibaba Cloud IoT platform + hardware system + wireless communication + MQTT communication protocol + cloud smart APP”,this paper designs a domicile intelligent logistics box system which is installed outside the user’s door,absolutely used by users,remotely controlled and delivered without contact,so as to deal with the problems in conventional terminal distribution.The major work of this paper is as follows:(1)Logistics box body design.The functional and non-functional requirements of logistics box are analyzed,and the overall development process of logistics box and the overall framework of logistics box are designed,and the appearance,material use,installation mode,overall assembly,important mechanical structure and so on are optimized,and the logistics box body model is established.In terms of material use,suitable materials are selected for the casing,insulation layer,liner and so on.The key structural design of the box focuses on the design of the sealed front pressure door structure and the slide rail structure to expand the storage space of the box.After the completion of the design,a market survey was conducted on the degree of acceptance of the product by different groups of people.(2)System hardware design.The general-purpose WiFi-BT-BLE MCU module ESP32-S is selected as the core,and the WiFi module uploads the temperature in the DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor collection box,the real-time video collected by the ATK-OV2640 camera module,and the status information of peripheral modules such as electronic control locks to the Alibaba Cloud IoT platform through the router.The selection of each module is analyzed,and the peripheral circuit design with ESP32-SC as the core,the driving circuit design of LCD color liquid crystal display,the camera module circuit design,the temperature and humidity acquisition module circuit design,the USB to serial port circuit design,the USB interface and the voltage conversion circuit design are completed.(3)System software design and implementation.Through Visual Studio Code,the communication program design between WiFi module and Alibaba Cloud IoT platform,MQTT transmission protocol program design,LCD display program design,temperature and humidity acquisition program design in the box,video real-time transmission program design,unlocking control program design and so on are completed.The whole process of project creation,product definition,function definition and human-computer interaction on Alibaba Cloud IoT platform is developed,and the network distribution mode,and device access protocol and device debugging method of IoT platform are studied.Using MQTT as the communication protocol standard between the device end and the cloud platform,the data interaction and instruction transmission between the two are realized,and the cloud intelligence APP are accessed through WiFi distribution network,so that users can use APP to remotely control the device.The boxplot method is adopted to detect the abnormal data collected by the sensor in the box,and through the adaptive correction algorithm,the abnormal data collected is replaced to reduce the system misjudgment control.Finally,the intelligent logistics box system is tested,including hardware test,network access test,device access to the cloud platform test,device access to APP test and abnormal data processing results test.The test results show that the program can run normally on the hardware to show the data collected by the sensor,and the abnormal data can be corrected to reduce the system misjudgment and the uplink and downlink communication between the device end and the cloud and the APP end is normal,which can achieve the functions of the user’s remote control of the logistics box.
