| In the context of increasingly fierce competition in the manufacturing industry at home and abroad,coupled with the current changes in China’s labor force structure,the cost of the manufacturing industry continues to increase,while commodity prices continue to decline.Manufacturing companies are focusing on improving product quality and reducing production costs.At the same time,improve the production efficiency and professional service level of the enterprise,and meet the increasingly stringent delivery deadlines,so as to ensure that the enterprise can gain a competitive advantage in the market competition and maximize profits.Company A has been in China for nearly 20 years,and has performed well in the country by virtue of its capital and technological advantages.However,as more and more foreign-funded enterprises of the same type enter China,the competition is intensifying.Under this background,Company A intends to apply the theory of lean production management to improve the endogenous power of the enterprise and change the mode of relying solely on the technological advantages of the parent company to maintain profitability.This research first summarizes and analyzes the current situation of enterprise operation and its advantages and disadvantages,focusing on the in-depth analysis of the production management problems and reasons of Company A.Then,aiming at the problems and reasons,applying lean management thought to carry out the design of the implementation plan,optimizing the production organization structure step by step,improving and perfecting the production layout,improving and optimizing the design,development and process,and establishing The standards for product quality improvement assurance activities and product processing technology improvement technology have been formulated,and safeguard measures for the continuous advancement of lean production have been designed.Finally,based on the comparative analysis of the implementation effect of A company’s lean production plan,a scientific evaluation of the maturity of lean production is carried out,which lays the foundation for the later lean redesign and improvement. |
