With the rapid development and deep application of new technologies such as big data,cloud computing,Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,5G and blockchain,PCB enterprises,as the key industrial chain of the digital economy,will have a broader development market.In order to gain more profits,many domestic PCB enterprises have invested in expanding factories to seize the market by expanding production scale.The market competition of Y Company is becoming more and more fierce.Although Y Company has accumulated certain technical and market advantages in the past,due to the lack of long-term development planning in recent years,some internal management problems have also been exposed,and the lack of clear goals for the development prospect,the company’s scale,efficiency and comprehensive ranking of the industry have not improved.Therefore,Y Company is in urgent need of further exploration and formulation of its own development strategy,so as to achieve sustainable development.This paper first introduces relevant theories and scientific research methods of strategic management,including SWOT,PEST,Porter’s Five Forces model and other analysis tools.Then,the internal and external development environment of Y company is analyzed in combination with its current operational situation and the printed circuit board industry.Then,the growth strategy is selected as the overall strategy of the current development of the enterprise,and the development goals of the next five years are proposed.Then,the strategies of concentrated advantage development strategy,differentiation strategy and the establishment of strategic cooperation alliance are determined to promote the implementation of the strategy.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant safeguard measures to improve the management system,optimize the human resource management,enhance the financial capacity and corporate culture construction.The research in this paper has formulated corresponding development strategies for Y Company,and also enriched the related research on strategic management of PCB enterprises.It is hoped that this paper can provide some valuable materials and references to other strategic management researchers through the study of development strategy.
