In order to solve the problems of low information transparency,poor real-time perception of the whole process,difficulty in building information models,low real-time data interaction,and information silo in the warehousing logistics sorting process,this paper proposes a method to build a digital twin system for the warehousing logistics automatic sorting system,and completes the system design and verification.The main research content of this article is as follows:(1)A digital twin construction method for automatic sorting systems in warehousing and logistics.Proposed twin system development requirements and difficulties in response to the actual situation;Combined with the current research theories and methods of many scholars,this paper puts forward the digital twin system architecture under the warehousing and logistics environment,expounds the relationship between various levels,and models and processes physical entity in the virtual space;Finally,a virtual experimental environment for the automatic sorting system was built,and the virtual model construction of the twin system was achieved.(2)Physical system,virtual system construction.Build physical and virtual systems for sorting needs,and build physical systems through hardware composition architecture design and hardware selection;Based on the physical system,virtual entity modeling is carried out.After lightweight processing and geometric transformation of the virtual model,a virtual system is constructed using Unity tools to complete the digital twin physical and virtual systems of the warehouse logistics automatic sorting system.(3)Collection,transmission,interaction,and storage of heterogeneous twin data from multiple data sources.The requirement analysis for twin data processing of on-site physical devices is based on existing technical reserves and research results,and the ROS communication protocol is used to address the efficiency requirements of data transmission.At the same time,distributed communication is met,which increases the robustness and scalability of the system.Select a time series database to complete the storage and development of data in response to the needs of troubleshooting and historical operation status reproduction;Finally,a real-time mapping logical structure of virtual and real was established,which was driven by data to update and iterate the virtual model.At the same time,instructions were issued to manually intervene in the virtual space and physical space operation processes,providing data support for subsequent system development.(4)Verification of the digital twin system for automatic sorting of warehousing and logistics.In response to the specific requirements of the experimental environment,technical scheme selection was carried out,and combined with relevant theories,module design and functional development were carried out for the system.The feasibility of the technical implementation in this article was verified,and real-time mapping between virtual and real was achieved.
