The Research On The Integration Mechanism Of Guizhou County-level Converged Media Center Empowered By Provincial-level Technical Platform

Nowadays,the county-level converged media center is not only the mainstream public opinion position of the party and the country facing the grassroots,but also an important information hub connecting the grassroots.Provincial-level technical platform is an important force to promote the integration of county-level converged media centers in Guizhou.How Guizhou county-level converged media centers achieve integration of content,technology,channels,governance,and other aspects through the platform has become an important research topic,and has significant practical significance in promoting the high-quality development of Guizhou county-level converged media centers.Through the support of provincial-level technical platforms,the process of media integration reform in Guizhou has accelerated.Currently,there are few studies on the empowerment of county-level converged media centers by provincial-level technical platforms.This study focuses on the integration of Guizhou county-level converged media centers by provincial-level technical platforms.The research objects are C provincial-level technical platform and Q and L converged media centers,and field surveys are conducted.Using grounded theoretical methods,semi-structured interviews,questionnaires,and second-hand data collection are conducted.Open coding,selective coding,and spindle coding are used to analyze the enabling mechanism.Research findings:(1)The platform is a key integrated media infrastructure that promotes integration of the center.The platform empowerment center is an innovative practice of media transformation,upgrading,and integration.Through the aggregation effect,the platform enables Guizhou county-level converged media centers to gather strength and enhance aggregation.(2)Platform technology enables the construction of a central integrated all media matrix architecture.Through independent research and development of safe and controllable information technology,the provincial-level technical platform focuses on exploring the characteristics of county-level converged media centers,creating a new media ecology through intensive construction,breaking through information barriers,forming "barrier free" communication,and assisting county-level converged media centers to form standardized and normalization development.(3)The platform scenario empowers to reshape the digital process of central planning,procurement,editing,review,and distribution.Jointly planning themes can gather the center’s collective efforts to exert media value,improve communication efficiency through an integrated collection and editing information sharing and collaboration mechanism,strictly proofread and verify the center’s content to make it more authoritative and accurate,and form an intelligent push through one-click distribution.Empowered through scenarios,the efficiency of the content production process of the county-level converged media center has been improved.(4)The platform ecology empowers the establishment of a center with efficient communication and service capabilities from up to down.The provincial-level technical platform utilizes information technology to link multiple centers at low cost locally to create value together,closely linking county-level converged media centers,provincial-level technical platforms,grassroots governments,and the people,and creating a network sunny space using modern technology platforms.
