In the process of lidar detecting typical air targets,the echo signal is weak due to the long transmission distance and the small lidar cross section of the target.Compared with the traditional linear detection mode,photon detection technology is a new and efficient detection method.Photon counting lidar has the advantages of high sensitivity and long detection distance.It can be widely used in the detection of far and small targets.In this paper based on the multi-beam staring scanning laser line array system of air targets photon detection technology,through the modeling and simulation for the laser scattering properties of air targets,analysis for target multidimensional feature information,arguments based on line array staring air targets of scanning laser photon detection technology for typical air target detection and recognition ability.(1)Study the photon detection technology scheme of aerial targets based on multibeam line-array staring laser scanning,and explore the photon detection system suitable for typical aerial targets based on the photon detection probability model under widepulse photon detection mode.The influence of noise and atmospheric environment on photon detection performance is analyzed,and the correction method of the drift error of typical airborne target photon detection range is given.(2)The laser scattering characteristics model and photon waveform characterization model of air targets are established respectively,and the scattering characteristics and photon echo characteristics of air targets are simulated and analyzed.Based on the scattering characteristics of target analysis,based on the BRDF properties of the coating material for air targets,on the basis of the surface element decomposition method,obtained the integral expression of target scattering characteristics,pushed the target function,modulation is used to analysis the structure of the target of time modulation effect,finally the simulation calculation for typical air targets,discussed the target scattering characteristics and their relationship,such as;Aiming at the research of photon echo characteristics of target,combined with the description model of target and the basic principle of photon detection,the characteristic model of photon echo of typical air target is given.Adopts the combination of a variety of software,the system studied the laser pulse parameters,the target shape and movement characteristic of target echo signal strength,the influence of time and space distribution characteristics,discusses their inner link,gives a typical air targets detection parameters and technology conditions,for air targets for the next step of laying a foundation for effective detection and feature extraction.(3)to study the photon detection of echo signal processing and target feature extraction method,in order to describe air targets in the process of attitude change the attitude of the photon detection echo sensitive rule,based on the theory of sea power grid distance and Canberra distance,defines the posture of the photon echo effect level,performance impact as photons of different target detection and recognition of quantitative analysis tool.By 10 km distance from three kinds of air targets within a certain attitude change photon detection echo waveform difference degree study,analyze its rule and differences between the target and the results show that different target of photon echo attitude impact level has the characteristics of stable and obvious differences,proved that the use of the attitude of the photon echo waveform used to distinguish different impact level target is feasible.Main innovation point of this article include: 1)the analysis of the air targets,on the basis of photon detection of various influencing factors,in view of the typical atmospheric environmental impact on the photon detection echo characteristics,puts forward the three photon detection range under the condition of turbulent drift error correction methods: gaussian function fitting method,centroid algorithm and fixed compensation method;2)The li DAR cross section and target modulation function of air targets are derived,and the detection parameters and technical conditions of typical air targets are given.3)The representation mode and relation model of attitude sensitivity law of photon detection echo are given,and the influence results are analyzed experimentally.
