The new VHF radio is the main combat equipment of the Tactical Internet.The networking includes a hierarchical VHF ad hoc network and a flat VHF access network.The cross coexistence of the two networks leads to the shortage of frequency resources and serious self interference and mutual interference.The existing frequency planning research usually adopts the method based on "fixed grid" space division multiplexing.There are still some problems,such as not adapting to the intensive deployment in small areas and not meeting the needs of further flattening access network of digital forces.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the frequency planning method of VHF radio network.Based on the analysis of the current situation of network frequency planning of VHF radio,this paper first puts forward the overall idea of improving the frequency planning method of full band frequency hopping network of VHF radio based on "two or seven points" and "indefinite grid".Secondly,to solve the problem of frequency planning in the case of intensive deployment in small areas,a network frequency planning method of VHF radio based on fixed allocation is proposed.In which the access network frequency fixed allocation method based on "two frequency tables" and the ad hoc network frequency fixed allocation method based on "seven frequency tables" are proposed in the frequency allocation link,and the access network frequency assignment method based on "recursive formula" and the synchronous ad hoc network frequency assignment method based on "tabu search" and the asynchronous ad hoc network frequency assignment method based on "assignment one by one" are proposed in the frequency assignment link.Thirdly,aiming at the problems of low frequency utilization and large network selfinterference of the fixed allocation method in the earth region,taking the "indefinite grid" space division multiplexing as the basic idea,a network frequency planning method of VHF radio based on dynamic allocation is proposed.Including the dynamic allocation method of ad hoc network frequency based on multi-objective genetic algorithm and the method based on "inherent + variable" dynamic frequency allocation method of access network,and the frequency allocation method remains unchanged.Finally,through simulation and comparative analysis,the maximum auto disturbance of the proposed method in small area is only 23.71%,which is less than the auto disturbance tolerance.In the case of geodetic domain,the self-interference can be further reduced and the networking efficiency can be improved.For example,for typical areas of the group army,the self-interference can be reduced to 15.26% and the networking capacity of access network can be nearly doubled.
