As a kind of distributed array radar,sparse array radar is very important in today’s environment with higher requirements for radar system survivability and the ability of target information.Because of the flexible adjustment of the array elements,the movement of array can be convenient.And under the coherent work of the array elements,they can form a antenna with super large aperture.With the rapid development of science and technology,complex and stealthy targets are constantly updated and iterated.At the same time,the results of radar detection are often interfered by false or formation targets.The environment of airspace becomes more and more complex,which has higher requirements for the ability of radar to obtain information of targets.It has gradually become a new demand that radar can realize three-dimensionally imaging of multiple targets.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the three-dimensional imaging technology of sparse array radar for airspace multi-targets.The main work of the paper is summarized as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.The background and significance of the research content were analyzed.The research status of multi-target imaging technology,three-dimensional imaging algorithm and distributed array radar was analyzed and summarized.And made a introduction to the arrangement of chapters in this article.The second chapter introduces some theories of sparse array imaging.By deriving the process of orthogonal demodulation and dechirp processing,the signal model is established.And the imaging principle is explained from the perspective of spatial spectrum.Finally,the sparsity of the signal model is introduced.The third chapter is the research on the separation algorithm of multi-target signals.By analogy with the multi-target separation algorithm in ISAR imaging algorithm,this paper proposes a multi-target separation algorithm based on 3D Hough transform for the three-dimensional space of the range image under the condition of single snapshot.The fourth chapter proposes a sparse array 3D imaging algorithm based on compressed sensing.Aiming at the problem of computational complexity caused by large data obtained from three-dimensional sampling and the problem of target migration through resolution cell(MTRC),this approach uses compressed sensing in the azimuth direction firstly,and then uses matched filtering method in the range direction for focusing imaging.The fifth chapter is the summary and outlook.The research content and innovations of this paper are summarized.By analyzing some shortcomings of this paper’s research,the future work is looked forward to.
