| From 2020 to 2021,the global electronic information and automobile industries will face the dilemma of core shortage due to the surge in online demand caused by COVID-19,the doubling of chip usage per unit product caused by technological upgrading and iteration,the shortage of production capacity caused by production stoppage and trade friction caused by rising protectionism.As a member of the start-up company in the semiconductor industry,how to break out of the siege,its development strategy and planning are also particularly important.This dissertation is a research on development strategy of XINGRUI company.It systematically introduces the development course and current situation in the semiconductor integrated circuit industry which XINGRUI company’s in;PEST analysis method is used to analyze the political,economic,social and cultural environment and technology environment of semiconductor industry,and Porter five forces model is used to analyze the competitive environment in detail from two aspects of chip agent and its development and application.And then introduces the General Situation of XINGRUI company systematically and comprehensively,from the core competitiveness of the company’s resources and capabilities to analyze the internal environment of XINGRUI,the current situation and future market development space of BLDC brushless DC motor and its downstream application are deeply analyzed.In the end,it summarizes the opportunities and threats of XINGRUI Company’s industry,the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise,through the SWOT analysis tool,matches the characteristics of the company,compares and selects the development strategy of the company as the expansion development strategy,and from the market,brand and enterprise value of these three aspects of combing the company’s next 3 to 10 years of Development Strategy Vision,then from the financial strategy,competitive strategy,supply chain strategy and marketing strategy of the four key parts of the key strategy to do analysis and elaboration,and put forward the corresponding security measures finally.This dissertation puts forward the strategic problems existing in the current development of the company,and gives the feasibility analysis for the related strategies.Through the above research,in order to help with companies in the semiconductor integrated circuit industry occupies a place,and for the same situation of MSME(micro,small and medium)enterprises to provide the reference. |
