With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,people’s demand for fresh agricultural and sideline products is increasing,prompting fresh supermarkets to frequently replenish to meet the needs of customers.The fresh agricultural and sideline products are easy to lose and need cold chain logistics to distribute them.The development of cold chain logistics in China started late,and the high distribution cost has been restricting the development of cold chain logistics industry.Compared with ordinary logistics,cold chain logistics has high energy consumption and large carbon emissions.At the same time,with the development of urbanization,traffic congestion has become normal,which makes the cold chain logistics distribution take longer,resulting in more carbon emissions.Therefore,how to reduce the distribution cost of the cold chain logistics industry through reasonable planning of the distribution route,the concept of green and low-carbon development throughout the cold chain logistics distribution process,to achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction is an urgent problem to be solved.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research status of cold chain logistics and vehicle routing at home and abroad,and sorts out the related theories.Secondly,according to the high energy consumption of cold chain logistics distribution and the easy deterioration of fresh agricultural and sideline products,the fixed cost,transportation cost,refrigeration cost,time window penalty cost,cargo damage cost and carbon emission cost are included in the calculation of total distribution cost,and the cold chain low-carbon logistics distribution model of fresh agricultural and sideline products is constructed in consideration of traffic congestion.The minimum total distribution cost is taken as the objective function.Then,according to the characteristics of the model,the ant state transfer rule and pheromone concentration update strategy of the basic ant colony algorithm are improved,and the improved ant colony algorithm is obtained.Finally,the model and the improved ant colony algorithm are verified by taking the cold chain logistics distribution activity of Y supermarket in H city as an example.The simulation results show that compared with the basic ant colony algorithm,the total distribution cost obtained by the improved ant colony algorithm has been significantly reduced,and the consideration of traffic congestion added to the cold chain logistics distribution model is more consistent with the actual distribution situation,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the cold chain logistics distribution model and the improved ant colony algorithm constructed in this paper.This study can provide some theoretical and practical reference for the distribution activities of cold chain logistics enterprises,and has certain practical application value.
