| In the environment of increasingly fierce competition,the update cycle of market products is getting shorter and shorter,and enterprises are facing more and more challenges.Many complex industry manufacturers invite suppliers to participate in the design of products in the initial stage of research and development,and this participation mode of suppliers greatly improves the benefits of R&D.Decision makers need to evaluate the capabilities of suppliers in the process of assigning tasks specifically to suppliers.At present,most tasks are assigned mostly according to the past experience of the enterprise.Because the manufacturing industry does not have a set of strict and uniform standards to evaluate suppliers,which leads to the assignment results are affected due to decision-maker subjective factors and interference factors.In order to assign tasks to suppliers more objectively and reasonably,it is necessary to develop supplier evaluation criteria.The key which the task assignment problems are solved is how to make full use of the supplier’s comparative advantage.Therefore,this thesis studies the task assignment of suppliers’ collaborative participation in product R&D under the Web environment,and does the following work:Firstly,the supplier’s demand decision problem is studied.This thesis presents an evaluation method based on multi-attribute group decision analysis.By inviting multiple experts to participate,subjective factors are avoided.The linguistic method is used to evaluate each attribute index of the suppliers,which provides the decision basis for selecting the optimal task assignment scheme.In order to improve the objective accuracy of the decision results,the evaluation information of language phrases is converted into trapezoidal fuzzy number for calculation,and(Ordered Weighted Averagine,OWA)operator coefficient of language quantization is used to gather evaluation information of several experts.Secondly,the task assignment problem is modeled and solved.By establishing a set of perfect index evaluation system,the suppliers are evaluated.In the process of product development,the problem of increasing invalid iteration time due to the correlation between tasks,a calculation method of R & D time based on dependency structure is proposed.Considering the influence of four indexes of supplier’s ability,cost,completion time and product quality on the assignment scheme,a task assignment model of supplier’s collaborative participation in product development is established.In order to solve the problem of determining supplier evaluation index weights,a model of index weights is established.The fuzzy multi-objective problem is transformed into a single objective problem,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.Then,the result of task assignment is given by analyzing the example of automobile manufacturing.The results show that the task assignment model is feasible.Finally,a task assignment system under Web environment is constructed.In the process of inviting expert groups to conduct comprehensive evaluation on multiple suppliers,the evaluation information can be gathered more efficiently and the optimal assignment scheme can be obtained through system calculation. |
