| The bank have a large number of data transactions every day,Make good use of these data will bring rich profit for the commercial banks.However,due to the development of science and technology constraints,China’s banking data resources in the past few decades has not been well explored and used.In this paper,data mining technology and customer classification methods,To solve the precise marketing customers in completed joint-stock reform of bank A is not careful,serious loss of customers and potentialcustomers value excavation level needs to be improved etc.In this paper,based on an overview of domestic and foreign bank miningdegree and value-added service applications at the aspect of the data,for use by value-added service channel to achieve practical problems to enhance the value of customer loyalty,the solution of "one to one servicemode".Using the historical data analysis and data mining technology,to obtain the real value of customer information,the value of consumer behavior data and potential customer information,according to the design of personalized products to meet the individual needs of the customer.The practical results show that,through the application of the above scheme,quantity and quality of A bank customer value has been greatly improved the proportion,mining and marketing potential customers and good results have been achieved,the value-added service channels are also increasingly rich,customers on the value-added service and the marketing pattern recognition is also in constant to Continuously improveing.The main conclusions of this paper are:Through the application of data analysis and mining historical data,can discover the true value for the bank customers;through the application and popularization of value-added service products,provide personalized-financial needs for the value of the customer,the customer can truly and bank share enterprise management brings the results;finally to achieve customer satisfaction,enterprise sustainable development,enterprises and customers to achieve "win-win"objective. |
