| With the rapid development of Internet,online travel booking service is becoming more and more popular.Online shopping has become the choice of more and more consumers.In addition to purchasing ordinary clothing,books and other general supplies,all kinds of service-oriented products have become popular products.As the most frequently purchased and frequently used online shopping service goods among Internet product buyers,the quality of tourism service in the experience process is deeply concerned by the public.In recent years,various tourism companies have launched online websites to provide such services,Ctrip is its typical representative.Today,only by constantly improving and upgrading the tourism services provided by the platform and improving consumer satisfaction,can the platform become bigger and stronger.Based on the method of text mining,this paper studies the satisfaction of online tourism products.In order to find out the characteristics of customers’ preferences and services from a large number of comments on tourism websites.Taking the tourism reviews in Xi’an and Chengdu of Ctrip as an example,the online review data of about 50000 tourism products are collected,and the construction of tourism satisfaction evaluation system based on text mining technology is explored.Three methods are used to extract the evaluation indexes: the feature analysis based on the word cloud map,the feature analysis based on the social network semantic map and the feature determination based on the LDA theme model.Combining the emotion analysis with the statistical method,an emotion dictionary suitable for tourism review is constructed.According to this,the evaluation indexes are assigned,and the weight of the indexes is determined by the AHP.Finally,the tourism full is obtained Evaluation index system of intention degree.The results show that the satisfaction of Chengdu is higher than that of Xi’an,the satisfaction of tourists with tour guides and itinerary arrangement in Chengdu tourism service is higher than that of Xi’an,while the regional tourism characteristics and scenic spot experience in Xi’an Ctrip tourism service are better.The method and characteristic index of measuring tourism satisfaction provided in this paper can provide effective reference for consumers’ decision-making,also can provide effective improvement direction for tourism websites and local tourism industry,and finally promote cooperation and win-win of all parties. |
