Research On SF Pharmaceutical Hub And Spoke Logistics Network Construction

In recent years,with the promulgation and implementation of the "Healthy China 2030" Planning Outline and the continuous deepening of China’s pharmaceutical reforms,the development of China’s pharmaceutical distribution industry has continuously reached a new level.However,for pharmaceutical distribution companies,they do not have the advantages of professional logistics companies in terms of logistics network and speed,and traditional pharmaceutical distribution companies only occupy less than one-third of the pharmaceutical logistics market,which provides a good opportunity for third-party logistics companies to enter the pharmaceutical logistics market Currently,SF Pharmaceuticals Division(hereinafter referred to as SF Pharmaceuticals)is accelerating the integration of SF Holdings Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as SF)’s large-scale "Skynet","ground network" and "information network" and other advantageous resources to establish and improve its pharmaceutical logistics network gradually.However,the current research on participating in the medical logistics process and laying out the pharmaceutical logistics network as a third-party logistics company is relatively lacking.Therefore,from the perspective of a third-party logistics company,it is urgent to design and build a network system suitable for its own pharmaceutical logistics activities.This article first conducts a large amount of literature review and data collection,analyzes the current research status of pharmaceutical logistics,hub and spoke logistics network,and radiation range measurement,which provides theoretical support for the research conducted in this article.On this basis,by studying the development status of SF Pharmaceutical and SF Logistics,this thesis clarifies the significance and urgency of constructing a hub-and-spoke logistics network for SF Pharmaceutical and makes a preliminary analysis of the statistical characteristics of SF’s existing logistics network.Subsequently,this thesis uses the literature statistical method to statistically analyze and screen the influencing factors of the comprehensive strength of urban pharmaceutical logistics,establishes an index system for evaluating the comprehensive strength of urban pharmaceutical logistics,and perform factor analysis based on the evaluation index system to finally obtain the scores of comprehensive strength of urban medical logistics in the network According to the scores,the cities are classified into different levels to select the axis cities of the SF pharmaceutical logistics network at different development stages.Finally,this article takes the comprehensive strength of the medical logistics of the axial cities at different development stages as the weights,uses Arc GIS10.2 software to divide the pharmaceutical logistics radiation scope of the axial cities and builds and optimizes networks,which provides a more reliable basis for the future development of SF’s pharmaceutical logistics network.
