| China is stepping into a stage of development in which cloud computing,IoT,big data,artificial intelligence,5G applications and the real economy are deeply integrated into new forms and models.The fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China called for unswervingly building China into a cyber power and a digital China,deepening digital transformation and accelerating digital development.Digital development become a new direction of the development of the telecommunication operators.Speeding up the implementation of the strategy for the digital is not only the inevitable requirement for communication operators to comply with the national supply-side reform and the implementation of "new infrastructure",but also an important measure to accelerate the deep integration of their own emerging business and traditional business,to form new capabilities and establish a new position.Taking S Branch of China Telecom as an example,based on the enterprise strategic management theory,the thesis makes a comprehensive study on the implementation of digital strategy of S company under the tide of digital economy.This thesis first summarizes the theoretical basis and analysis methods,including PEST analysis,competitive five forces analysis,SWOT analysis method,etc.Then,this study introduces the current development of China telecom S company and the basic situation of the industry,focusing on the current status and problems of its digital development,and the in-depth analysis of political environment,economic environment,social environment and technical environment it is facing.At the same time,it also includes the analysis of its competitors,suppliers,buyers,market potential entrants and business product substitutes,as well as the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of digital strategy and the analysis of the opportunities and threats.Then a SWOT matrix of its digital strategy is constructed.Finally,based on SWOT matrix,this study puts forward some countermeasures for the digital strategy of China Telecom S Branch.The research puts forward that under the new background of digital economy,the digital strategy of China Telecom S Branch should carry out innovation in digital economy,digital society and digital government,and the specific countermeasures can be carried out from the direction of optimizing structural layout,strategic layout and business layout.Combined with the background of the current era,taking China Telecom S Branch as an example,this thesis studies the development direction of enterprises under the background of digital economy,which has certain reference value.At the same time,in the construction process of digital China and smart city,it provides some new exploration ideas and suggestions on key measures for the transformation and development of telecom operators. |
