Financial services are one of the most important services for promoting economic and social development.The world economic situation has changed as a result of the fresh outbreak of the worldwide disease;China’s economic growth and the world economy’s development speed have slowed,commercial banks have been unable to adapt to the current economic environment by blindly expanding the scale of assets,relying on the traditional extensive growth mode.In 2021,our country will implement a well-off society in all aspects,with future development advancing the adjustment of industrial structure,optimizing the layout of regional economies,and promoting regional harmonious development,promoting the Pratt&Whitney financial process,building a binary pattern,vigorously supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,focusing on development imbalance problems,and future commercial bank development strategies.With the development of information technology,such as the 5 g,chain blocks,a new generation of artificial intelligence,cloud computing,and the development of new information,people have entered the four product technology revolution,transforming data into new production factors.Technology has also completely changed enterprise production and individual lifestyles,but it has also accelerated commercialization.Banks will investigate the intersection of science,technology,and finance.Fintech innovation has become a trend,and commercial banks have started to seek for methods to transform as well.Boc focuses on the entire customer finance and trade process in order to provide comprehensive financial services with products and services,while also carrying out the crucial mission of bank transformation with its unique advantages.In this context,M Bank Jinan Branch Transaction Bank has discovered that the current marketing model is out of step with the current scenario,severely limiting future development.The Jinan Branch of Bank M has built a gap between itself and the present competitor joint-stock banks.How can transaction banks’ advantages be fully utilized?Finding a viable path for the development of the transaction banking business of M Bank Jinan Branch is a critical task at this stage.The literature research approach,In this thesis,the case analysis approach and the mathematical statistics analysis method are applied.as well as pertinent basic research theories and marketing expertise.The current status of China’s commercial banks in the transformation stage is thoroughly examined based on the findings of in-depth study in China.Using the 4Ps theoretical model,this thesis examines the current marketing situation of M Bank Jinan Branch Transaction Bank business from the four perspectives of product,price,channel,and promotion,and then examines marketing problems from the perspectives of product application,customer service,and digitalization degree,as well as the root causes of the issues.The macroeconomic environment,business environment,and internal resource capacity system of the transaction bank of JINAN Branch of BANK M are analyzed based on this,and the SWOT model is used to summarize and analyze the transaction bank of Jinan Branch of Bank M’s strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats.In addition,solutions for product,pricing,channel,promotion,and the other four aspects of marketing plan optimization are provided.Finally,safety measures in terms of organization,risk,evaluation,and human resources are proposed,serving as a guide for the development of M Bank Jinan Branch Transaction Bank.Through analysis and research,the results for M Bank Jinan Branch Transaction Bank play their own advantages to improve market competitiveness have the theoretical basis and practical significance,as well as offer a thought for trade transformation development.
