| Public hospitals are an important part of the national health field,with many complex business types,huge assets and difficult to manage,and some industry characteristics that are closely related to the safety of people’s lives.In the face of the impact of public health emergencies such as the new crown epidemic under the background of new medical reform,in order to respond to the call of the state and meet the needs of the people,new missions and new responsibilities have forced hospitals to seek transformation.Therefore,the construction of informatization has gradually entered the field of vision of hospital managers,how to benefit from management,how to use limited resources to get the maximum benefit,and how to make hospital financial management more refined,accurate and efficient has become a new direction of exploration for hospital managers.The state issued relevant documents to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals,most of the public hospitals have not carried out HRP construction,and some large public hospitals are mainly public hospitals under the national health commission.China’s construction of hospital HRP system is in the exploratory stage,large public hospitals have their own characteristics,due to the imbalance of region,economic level,patient source,independent development,has not yet fully applied to the entire medical industry mature system.How to improve the quality and efficiency of public hospitals without expanding the scale has become an important goal of managers,HRP system should be required by the times,comb the traditional business model,recreate new business processes,can well promote the hospital to achieve refined management.To this end,this paper takes the implementation of the HRP system of A public hospital as a practical case,and adopts the case analysis method and literature research method to analyze the financial informatization construction of public hospitals under the new situation and the changes and preliminary results brought about by business process reengineering after initial construction.By analyzing and studying the difficulties and problems encountered in the construction of hrp system in public hospitals,providing solutions with reference value,and comparing business before and after the construction of financial management modules such as budget management module,cost accounting module,online reporting module,bill,scientific research funds,personal income tax and other financial management modules in the HRP system of public hospitals,the application design scheme is proposed,and according to the research results of this paper,it can provide certain ideas and references for the construction of HRP systems in other public hospitals.To a certain extent,solve the difficulties in the construction process,save manpower,material resources and time.However,each hospital is located in different regions,with uneven regional economic development,different patient sources,different scales,different functions of the development situation,it is recommended that when the actual construction,combined with the hospital’s development plan,according to the ability,according to the steps,the overall planning,the implementation of the division,and constantly promote the construction of information,improve the financial refinement management capabilities,and continue to move towards the construction of intelligent hospitals. |
