As consumers’ pursuit of product functions has gradually changed into the pursuit of personalized consumer service experience,our country has issued the "Special Action Guide for the Development of Service-Oriented Manufacturing",and 15 departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Further Promoting the Development of Service-Oriented Manufacturing",which pointed out the importance of service-oriented manufacturing to the sustainable development of current enterprises from the market level and policy level.As an important method and supporting technology of modern enterprise management,Business Process Management(BPM)can manage all aspects of an enterprise from the perspective of the process to promote business collaboration,improve organizational operations,and achieve enterprise strategic goals.Aiming at the business dilemma and rapidly changing partnership relationships that enterprises are facing when they are transforming to service-oriented manufacturing,this thesis studies the BPM framework for Service-oriented Manufacturing(SOM)and builds a more adaptable,more intelligent business process dynamic operation mechanism to cope with the frequently changing SOM business environment,the main research work includes the following four points:(1)BPM framework for SOM.Aiming at the problems of cross-enterprise subject business collaboration and multigranularity business process management under the SOM business environment,a BPM framework oriented to SOM is constructed.By summarizing the relevant domain concepts that must be considered in the implementation of BPM projects,three dimensions are formed based on the framework structure,and combined with the characteristics of large-scale business outsourcing and rapid changes in partner relationships in SOM,starting from the three dimensions of supply chain dimension,business hierarchy dimension,and process life cycle dimension,each dimension is adaptively expanded.The BPM framework model that is more in line with future enterprise development needs is constructed,providing a clear BPM implementation view for enterprises.(2)Classification and prediction method of business process change.Aiming at the problem that business processes cannot automatically perceive process changes and quickly match business strategies during execution,a classification and prediction method of business process changes based on Bagging integration is proposed.The potential changes are classified according to the basic attributes of processes and activities,and multiple basic CART decision tree prediction models are constructed for each process change category by drawing on the integration idea in the field of machine learning and integrated into a random forest model through the Bagging method.Based on Bayesian inference,the output strategy of the integrated model is specified,which realizes more accurate and stable early warning of process changes,helps business managers and the system better understand the cause of the abnormality,and quickly responds accordingly.(3)Hierarchical business process dynamic adaptation method.Aiming at the problem that structured business processes with strict constraints cannot quickly adapt to changes in a business environment,a dynamic adaptation method of hierarchical business processes based on feature models is proposed.In-depth study of the dynamic operation mechanism of business processes,using extended feature models with hierarchical attributes to analyze the internal structure of complex process models and mapping them to Business Process Modeling Notations(BPMN)standard business process model which can be directly executed by the workflow engine.The decision matrix is defined according to the business environment as the basis for the hierarchical division of different business links,and hierarchical business strategies are formulated based on the business characteristics of different levels to cope with the adjustment and change of different business links,which realizes rapid response to business changes and the automatic deployment and execution of the reconfiguration model by the workflow engine.(4)Based on the business process change prediction research,the business process dynamic adaptation method,combined with the enterprise product service process example,the example verification of the service-oriented manufacturing business process management tool is carried out.The core functional modules of the service-oriented manufacturing business process management tool are designed and implemented,and the feasibility and practicability of the service-oriented manufacturing business process management framework and process dynamic operation method in this thesis through the application of the air-conditioning service support process.
