At the same time,SWTO analysis method is used to analyze the company’s internal environment,and based on this,it can find out the inherent advantages of enterprise development,clarify its core competitiveness,and find a suitable path for J Property Group’s strategic selection.Through this study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Through macro and industry analysis,it is concluded that the property industry has policy support,good development prospects,but intensified competition in the industry,low level of intelligence,and less professional talent reserves.(2)Through the micro-analysis,it is concluded that J Property Group should develop an expansion strategy to help itself to seek better development,give full play to its existing strengths while further incubating other replication iterative projects,and further expand its third-party business to seek more room for survival and development.(3)Determine the medium-term strategic goal of J Property Group’s development into the first-class property management enterprise in the southwest industry and domestic first-class property management company after 3-5 years;and should choose the strategic route of customer first,market expansion priority,brand strong enterprise,and capital listing.(4)Finally,this paper formulates a series of safeguard measures such as human resources,financial funds,and materials to ensure the implementation of the strategy,so as to promote the predictable and stable implementation of the strategy. |
