In recent years,with the continuous improvement of my country’s comprehensive national strength,the economy has grown by leaps and bounds.my country’s local market economy is growing,and the local market’s demand for information intermediaries is also increasing.In 2010,large accounting firms gradually adopted the organizational form of special general partnership.In the process of transformation of local accounting firms,transformation means the integration of the cultures and management styles of different accounting firms.The uneven corporate accounting firm culture is like a blood transfusion between people with the wrong blood type.There is a reaction of rejection.As a result,many local accounting firms have management problems.Taking the local accounting firm X accounting firm as an example,based on the Mc Kinsey 7S model,this paper explores the management issues of X accounting firm through seven aspects: strategy,structure,system,personnel,skills,style and common values.After sorting out the management problems of the X accounting firm and classifying them according to seven elements,Return the questionnaire,analyze the management problems of X accounting firm according to the feedback results of the questionnaire,derive the results with research value and reference significance,and put forward corresponding solutions and suggestions,so as to optimize the management problems of X accounting firm and The purpose of laying the groundwork for improving the research on the management of local accounting firms in the future.Through the analysis,it is found that X accounting firm needs to know how to implement the strategic management system scientifically in terms of strategy,and pay more attention to the details,so as to help its employees to better implement the strategy.In terms of structure and system,if the X accounting firm blindly competes in a vicious manner,lowers the bidding price and reduces the cost,it will reduce the desire of employees to work and fall into a vicious circle.In terms of personnel and skills,if the training is not targeted,the training effect will be poor,thereby reducing the efficiency of training.The style and common values are the inexhaustible driving force for the development of the X accounting firm,and play a key role in improving the core competitiveness of the X accounting firm and realizing the sustainable development of the X accounting firm.
