Research On The Impact Of Corporate Governance On Corporate Business Performance

With the development of The Times and the deepening of business research,the academic circle began to pay more attention to the governance of insurance companies.Insurance company is different from general conventional company,have own particularity,this kind of particularity is fully expressed in management process,management target and management principle,this decides insurance company and other companies on governance structure.Most domestic insurance companies seem to have a perfect internal system and a scientific structure,but in the daily corporate governance work,it can be found that most of the systems and structures have not been fully implemented,and the positive impact on the company’s business performance is minimal.So want to make the insurance company management system in the insurance company performance really play a positive role in the form of management mechanism in essence,the influence of the insurance company’s management performance,make the insurance company management and business performance optimization method more perfect.Based on the theory of corporate governance and corporate business performance evaluation,this paper studies the influence of the insurance industry business management system on the corporate business performance.First of all,the research background,research purpose and significance were sorted out,and the research results of domestic and foreign literature were reviewed,so as to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.Secondly,the relevant data are investigated through the research method of the literature to understand the current situation of corporate governance and business performance in the insurance industry,and to analyze the current situation of the background,development status,business performance and business management of the insurance industry.Secondly,the impact of corporate governance in the insurance industry on corporate business performance is regression analyzed by qualitative research analysis,and the existing shortcomings are found.Finally,the comprehensive research to optimize the corporate governance management system,optimize the including shareholders’ meeting,the board of directors,board of supervisors and corporate management system,and optimize the management ratio,improve the size of the board of directors and the board of supervisors and the specific measures to strengthen corporate management governance.In addition,using the case analysis method,take H Insurance Co.,Ltd.as an example to implement the above research results and put forward targeted opinions,in order to provide a basis for improving the company’s business performance and other activities through perfect corporate governance methods.
