Research On The Impact Of Service Innovation On The Value Creation Of Knowledge-Intensive Service Enterprises

With the rapid development of the service economy,the number of service industry accounted for the total share of GDP continuously improved,and became an important lifeline of the national economy.In recent years,with the upgrading of the industrial structure,the knowledge-intensive service industry has become the most energetic part of the service industry,and the development of knowledge-intensive service companies has begun to attract the attention of academia and other aspects.Knowledge-intensive service enterprises are a medium for achieving knowledge interaction in an innovation system.If a region or country wants to build an innovation system and enhance its innovation capabilities,it is an inevitable factor to consider promoting knowledge interaction.As a result,the service innovation and value creation capabilities of knowledge-intensive service companies not only affect their own development,but are also related to the high-quality development of the entire innovation system.First,conduct a comprehensive review and systematic analysis of the research status of knowledge-intensive service companies,service innovation and value creation in domestic and foreign academic circles.On this basis,define and summarize the connotation,characteristics,and types of knowledge-intensive service companies;analyze the connotation and characteristics of service innovation,service innovation process,and service innovation model;explain the connotation of value creation and the influencing factors of value creation.Then,based on the content of the research hypothesis,the questionnaire was designed and distributed,the results of the questionnaire were discussed,and the relationship between variables summarized in the mechanism analysis was verified,so as to modify the constructed model and premise.Finally,based on the research results,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the perspectives of service concept innovation,customer interface innovation and service delivery system innovation.The paper research helps to guide knowledge-intensive service enterprises to develop reasonable scientific strategies to enhance the ability to create value creation,and higher quality services to knowledge-intensive service enterprise service innovation,promote our country’s knowledge-intensive service enterprise services innovation upgrade and continuous development.
