C company was founded in 1953.It is a large state-owned time-honored logistics enterprise approved by the northeast trade ministry.From the planned economy to the market economy,C company has experienced the test of survival and development,and has successfully transformed into a third-party logistics enterprise with warehousing as its main feature,and has become a typical representative of commercial storage and transportation.Nowadays,the logistics industry is developing rapidly.However,due to the relocation of the government,the logistics business of C company has been reduced due to the relocation of the government.In the face of many problems such as strong competitors,weak core competitiveness and vague competition strategy,C company needs to find out the countermeasures suitable for its own logistics business development.Therefore,this paper studies the competitive strategy of C company’s logistics business,hoping to provide the company with the following suggestions Provide reference and suggestions for the sustainable development of the business.Firstly,this paper analyzes the key external factors with PEST model,Porter’s five forces model and EFE matrix by combing the relevant literature and interviewing senior managers and industry experts.It is concluded that there are six opportunity factors in the external environment of logistics business of C company,including government policy support for logistics industry,stable economic development,strong logistics demand,improvement of logistics industry development quality and efficiency,continuous improvement and integration of logistics information technology,weak bargaining power of suppliers and small threat of substitutes at present There are five threat factors:the threat of existing competitors,the threat of potential entrants,and the bargaining power of large buyers.Then through the in-depth analysis of the company’s logistics business value chain,the use of IFE matrix to analyze the key internal factors,the company has a reasonable organizational structure,good reputation for logistics business,business management norms,strong storage capacity of its own fixed assets,good financial self capital status,strong business service awareness,and high employee loyalty There are six disadvantages:inflexible system and mechanism,weak market expansion ability,weak capital control ability,backward professional technology,high age employees,lack of professional talents,and low level of information construction.Next,this paper uses QSPM matrix to evaluate the key factors,match and optimize the strategy,and determines that the logistics business of C company should adopt the "focusing on differentiated competition strategy".At the same time,the specific implementation of these three strategies is detailed.Finally,this paper puts forward three measures:focusing on service differentiation-providing customized logistics value-added service scheme,focusing on mode differentiation-meeting multi-type logistics needs,focusing on brand differentiation-building regional logistics brand To help promote the implementation of C company’s logistics business strategy,the construction of business capacity guarantee system,system management and guarantee system,human resource security system construction,and risk management and control guarantee system construction.
