In the new era of innovation,innovation is no longer just a fashionable term,but the first driving force leading development.Technological innovation has become the foundation and lifeblood of high-tech enterprises.With the continuous development and improvement of China’s economic level and scientific and technological level,it has supported the vigorous development of aerospace and national defense.Nowadays,space missions continue to move towards deep space exploration,the rapid development of weapons and equipment upgrading,and the strong rise of innovative commercial aerospace companies at home and abroad represented by Space X,blue origin and blue sword technology have brought new impacts and challenges to aerospace enterprises in the new era.As a key link in the aerospace industry chain,microelectronics is also a typical representative of high-end technology industry,affecting the development of national defense,industry,science and technology,civil and other industries.Therefore,it is particularly critical to vigorously promote the technological innovation of aerospace microelectronics industry.Due to the special nature of aerospace enterprises and the high-tech characteristics in the field of microelectronics,many factors need to be considered when designing and optimizing their innovation system.Taking China Aerospace LS microelectronics company as an example,using the methods of literature research,comparative analysis and expert interview,this paper makes an in-depth study on the technological innovation system of LS company from the analysis of the external industry technology status and internal technological innovation status of LS company.This paper comprehensively analyzes the operation of LS company’s technological innovation system and a series of existing problems,and formulates an optimization scheme for these problems.In the specific optimization scheme,closely combined with the technical system and the actual situation of LS company,this paper formulates optimization measures from the aspects of innovation system and mechanism,innovation talents,fund investment and optimization,innovation atmosphere optimization,innovation team construction and information sharing.In order to ensure that the technological innovation system optimization scheme of LS company can be implemented according to the plan,this paper further puts forward safeguard measures and suggestions such as multi-dimensional guarantee,performance evaluation and incentive policy.This paper holds that the technological innovation system of enterprises is hierarchical,and the strategy of differentiation should be adopted in the process of optimization design,and puts forward the construction ideas and optimization methods of hierarchical and differentiated targeted technological innovation.In the process of researching and solving problems,through the analysis of multiple attributes of enterprise nature,enterprise technology system and industry field characteristics,this paper systematically and dimensionally analyzes the technological innovation system of LS company,clarifies the optimization context of the technological innovation system of the research object,and provides logical and hierarchical ideas and methods for subsequent enterprise construction and optimization of its technological innovation system.
