Research On Performance Evaluation Of Large-Scale Third-Party Cold Chain Logistics Enterprises Based On AHP-FCE

The improvement of people’s living standards promotes their demand for cold chain logistics.The scale of China’s cold chain logistics market is expanding year by year,and the development of cold chain logistics industry keeps pace with the times.Cold chain logistics enterprises are facing greater opportunities and challenges.Enterprises need to fully understand their own performance level,so as to formulate appropriate development strategies to make full use of various limited resources and form competitiveness that is difficult to be defeated.The third-party cold chain logistics enterprises occupy an important position in the cold chain logistics industry.They provide logistics services for various enterprises upstream and downstream of the supply chain.Among them,large-scale third-party cold chain logistics enterprises have more professional cold chain logistics facilities,equipment and technology to facilitate the integration of social resources and conduct overall planning of logistics activities,so as to reduce the total cost of social cold chain logistics and promote the development of various industries.Large third-party cold chain logistics enterprises have certain scale advantages,but at the same time,they also need to strengthen their own performance evaluation to maintain good operation and obtain more breakthroughs.At present,there are few studies on large-scale third-party cold chain logistics enterprises.Therefore,this paper takes large-scale third-party cold chain logistics enterprises as the research object to study their performance evaluation,in order to inspire the decision-making of large-scale third-party cold chain logistics enterprises and supplement the performance evaluation system of large-scale third-party cold chain logistics enterprises.Firstly,this paper analyzes and summarizes the researches of domestic and foreign scholars on cold chain logistics and logistics performance evaluation methods and systems.Then introduces the definition,status,role,composition and characteristics of large-scale third-party cold chain logistics enterprises.According to certain principles,this paper constructed a set of performance evaluation index system of large-scale third-party cold chain logistics enterprises from the aspects of financial level,customer service,informatization degree,cold supply chain level and development ability.The weight of each index is obtained by using analytic hierarchy process.Taking enterprise A as a research case,according to its development from the year 2019 to 2021,the final performance score was obtained by combining with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then the evaluation results were analyzed in detail.This paper puts forward six countermeasures and suggestions to improve the performance of large-scale third-party cold chain logistics enterprises from the aspects of enterprises,universities and the government.The performance evaluation results of enterprise A reflected its performance,and verified the feasibility and scientific nature of the performance evaluation index system in this paper.
