Study On The Influence Of High Quality Development Of Regional Economy On Residents’ Subjective Well-being

The degree of residents’ happiness and sense of gain will directly reflect the ruling ability of local party committees and governments and the quality of regional economic growth.The stronger residents’ sense of happiness,the fuller their sense of gain,and the more fully demonstrates the fundamental purpose of local party committees and governments to "seek economic development for the region and happiness for the people".Promoting the regional economy to achieve high-quality development is the fundamental way to fully demonstrate the comprehensive governing ability of local governments,promote common prosperity,and enhance residents’ subjective happiness and sense of gain.Growth,on the one hand,the region economy to achieve high quality can be improved by stimulating internal impetus driving economic growth,improving the regional market economic system,strengthen the regional economic development and the adequacy of the robustness,optimizing industry development coordination,stimulate the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises innovation vigor,to break the bottleneck,enterprise development comprehensively improve enterprise core competitiveness;On the other hand,in the process of achieving high-quality economic growth,local governments will pay more attention to the improvement of people’s livelihood,focus on the overall improvement of people’s social satisfaction,further improve the quality of living environment,and comprehensively improve the level of medical security.In this regard,the CPC Central Committee assessed the situation and clarified the connotation and extension of high-quality regional economic development in the 19 th CPC National Congress and the 19 th plenary session successively.On the one hand,we need to focus on improving the quality and efficiency of the economy,optimizing the upgrading of the corporate structure,and shifting our focus from being driven by factors of production to being driven by innovation.On the other hand,we need to focus on low-income people,raise the proportion of middle-income people,improve social security systems such as medical care,elderly care and housing,strengthen environmental governance in residential areas,and continue to enhance residents’ subjective happiness and sense of gain.Therefore,promoting high-quality growth of regional economy has important practical and practical significance for stimulating economic innovation vitality,optimizing enterprise upgrading and transformation,promoting common prosperity of residents,and building China into a modern socialist country.In this paper,CGSS(2015),(2017)and the macro data of relevant years are selected as research samples,and order Probit model is selected to deeply study the direct influence and mechanism of high-quality regional economic development on residents’ subjective well-being combined with macro and micro data.It is found that improving the quality of regional economic growth can significantly enhance the happiness effect of residents.This conclusion verifies the expected hypothesis well through robustness tests such as re-measuring variables,re-selecting estimation methods and changing samples.Heterogeneity in this paper,through the study found that improving the quality of regional economic growth level can significantly enhance the coma city super city,population scale,urban areas and unstable regions residents subjective well-being,economic development and the economic starts cities,urban population size large,general urban and rural areas and stable economic development area residents subjective well-being was not significant.Further research on the mechanism shows that to promote high-quality regional economic development,residents’ subjective well-being and sense of gain can be further improved through the intermediary paths of increasing the relative income level of middle and low income residents,improving the level of social security and improving the quality of residential environment of residents in the jurisdiction.The conclusion of this study provides some policy enlightenment for local party committees and governments on how to improve residents’ social and life satisfaction in high-quality development.
