| Online comments in the open innovation community of enterprises contain a large amount of text data,which reflects the real needs of users,is an important reference for enterprises to carry out innovation activities and product improvement,which contains high value.However,there are a large number of online comments in these open innovation communities,and there is a serious problem of information overload.If the technical stuff of the platform check them one by one,they will not only spend a lot of time and energy,but also easily ignore valuable information.Therefore,how to make effective use of this data source,identify potential product innovation opportunities from online reviews,and provide guidance for enterprises to carry out innovation activities is a problem with research value.Based on combing the existing research theories and methods,this paper proposes a method of identifying opportunities for product innovation based on online comments,and empirically tests the feasibility of the method.First,use data collection tools to crawl online comments.Then,LDA topic model is used to identify the topics of online reviews,and the main topics and keywords under each topic are extracted.Then,the extracted keywords are divided into dimensions as innovation elements,and the innovation rules are chosen to match the innovation dimensions.Finally,the multidimensional technology innovation map is constructed by using the coupling of dimension and method to identify potential product innovation opportunities.The results show that the key elements in the text data can be well extracted when using LDA topic model to identify topics of online comments.The keywords of online comments mainly focus on the categories of mobile phone system,function,application software,hardware,accessories and so on.Based on the definition of nine innovation dimensions,these elements are classified into dimensions,and after being coupled with the innovation rules,a multi-dimensional technological innovation map of mobile phone products is drawn,which realizes the identification of product innovation opportunities.At the theoretical level,this paper expands the application field of multidimensional technology innovation map theory and explores its applicability in the field of mobile phones.In practice,the conclusions of this study are helpful for enterprises to carry out innovation activities and provide reference for product improvement and product research and development. |
