Research On Performance Evaluation Of Deppon Express Based On AHP-EWM-TOPSIS Method

In response to the impact of online shopping on the industrial structure of the existing market,the relevant policies issued by the government are also deepening the reform of express delivery companies step by step.In this context,the logistics industry has developed rapidly,and the development prospects are relatively considerable.With the growing demand for logistics services,different express delivery companies are constantly deepening their own development capabilities,increasing the number of business outlets,and striving to build a first-class modern logistics enterprise.Deppon Express is also included.In order to cater to the current market competition,Deppon Express has continuously adjusted related businesses and expanded the number of outlets.However,with the continuous development of Deppon Express,its problems in production and operation are constantly exposed,and the related drawbacks of performance evaluation are gradually becoming apparent.This paper chooses the method of subjective and objective comprehensive empowerment to evaluate and analyze the overall performance of Deppon Express.Research and discuss possible problems in its performance evaluation.Before determining the evaluation method,compare different performance evaluation methods and refer to them from a qualitative and quantitative perspective,and finally choose the AHP-EWM-TOPSIS method to conduct performance evaluation and research on Deppon Express.The establishment of the Deppon Express index system should be based on the special industry background of Deppon Express,and representative and practical indicators should be selected.After confirming the indicators,construct the overall performance evaluation system.Based on the comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP,EWM and TOPSIS methods,other express companies are introduced as a comparison to analyze the deficiencies of the current performance evaluation system of Deppon Express,and to conduct research and discussion and put forward relevant suggestions.Finally,through the results of the comprehensive evaluation of Deppon Express Company and other express companies,it is found that the performance evaluation level of Deppon Express has certain deficiencies.In view of these deficiencies,the overall adjustment of Deppon Express should be made from various aspects to achieve the purpose of improving the performance level.
