| In recent years,pushed by the policies and technology,China’s Internet medical industry have embraced great development.However,many problems that are eager to be solved can still be found during the practical operations of internet medical companies.Operators in the industry are still adjusting through continuous experiments.And also,the product delivery still faces the lack of product maturity and diversity.it is of great practical significance to analyze users’ repurchase behavior in the Internet medical industry.This study collected and analyzed theories and literatures about the continuous acceptance behavior of users,consumer experience and purchase behavior.And also guided the actual work and thinking,this study established the index system of multiple regression analysis model.And the actual business data of online medical products of J company are collected for the analysis and test.Factors influencing users’ repurchase behavior are analyzed from two dimensions of both online medical product use experience and customer service experience.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)In the analysis of the online medical product business of J platform,five indicators,including the rate of negative quality evaluation,the rate of negative service evaluation,the popularity of human customer service,the average response time of quality doctors and the response time of customer service,have a significant impact on the repurchase behavior of product users(2)In the growing business of online medical products,company can consider from the negative rate of service quality negative rate of artificial service doctor the average response time and the response time of the service in five aspects,such as optimization,so as to improve the quality of online medical products and customer service quality,further improve the medical products online users purchase rate Finally,based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for J platform and industry. |
