| The digital economy will accumulatively become a crucial propulsive force for highquality economic advancement,injecting new vitality into global economic advancement.Since 2017,the country and various governments have speeded the advancement of digital economy and introduced corresponding support policies.The advancement level of digital economy in various regions has been significantly improved,but the problem of unbalanced advancement of the digital economy still exists.Therefore,paying attention to the characteristics of the advancement of Chinese digital economy and seeking the aspects that affect the advancement level of the digital economy have extremely important practical significance for reducing the digital divide in China and promoting the advancement of the digital economy.This thesis takes the advancement of digital economy in 31 provincial administrative regions from 2015 to 2019 as the investigative target,initially specifies the conception of digital economy,and makes up the index system of advancement of digital economy in our country.Secondly,use the vertical and horizontal unfolding method to calculate the scores of the digital economy development level in each region,and decompose the Dagum Gini coefficient based on the scores,explore the sources of regional differences in the development level of Chinese digital economy,and use nuclear density estimation and spatial Markov Chain analysis to achieve accurate recognition of the feature of the periodic and geographical transformation of the Chinese digital economy.Finally,by constructing a spatial lag model to study the impact of various influencing factors on the spatial effect of the development level of the digital economy,it provides policy recommendations for further improving the level of Chinese digital economy.Aftering systemly and rigorously analyzing,the core research result of this thesis are as follows: First,the overall development trend of Chinese digital economy is good,with an average annual growth rate of 4%,but the degree of development disparity is increasing year by year,among which the differences between oriental,central and occidental regions are the dominant reasons;Second,while the development level of Chinese digital economy is improving,it is also showing a two-level polarization.Moreover,the development of the digital economy in each province has a certain spatial dependence.With the improvement of the digital economy level of neighboring provinces,it will have a greater role in promoting the low level of the local digital economy.Third,from a global perspective,under three different spatial weight matrices,the digital economy levels of Chinese provinces have significant spatial correlation.From a local perspective,after five years of development,some coastal provinces have formed a solid "high-high" digital economy clustering trend,some western provinces are dominated by "low-low" clustering trend,the digital economy lagging situation has deepened.Sichuan Province has not stimulated the enclosed areas to foster the economy,displaying a "high-low" type of gathering.Some provinces such as Jiangxi and Hainan have not been capable of catching up with the step of the neighboring provinces,forming a "low-high" type of aggregation.Fourth,without considering space factors,the level of digital economy advancement is greatly affected by the the economic competence,industrial framework,and government backing,while the human capital factor has a relatively small impact.However,after incorporating spatial factors into the model,the urbanization variable has transformed from a non-significant state to a significant state.At the same time,the level of economic growth and industrial structure have a significant positive spillover effect,and this conclusion is still valid after replacing the spatial weight matrix.It can provide important reference for expanding the digital economy in all provinces.On the basis of the above research outcome,this article proposes the following four p roposals: Initially,accelerate the promotion of industrial digitization and promote the innov ation and transformation of enterprises.The second is to reduce the difference in the level o f digital economy between regions and promote the coordinated development of the digital economy.The third is to improve the digital economy backfeeding capabilities of central pr ovinces and create regional growth poles.The fourth is to accelerate regional economic dev elopment and optimize the regional industrial structure. |
