| In recent years,people’s consumption concept is gradually improving,and the consumption level is also gradually improving.Fresh agricultural products are getting more and more attention from consumers,and they are increasingly showing the characteristics of high consumption frequency and fast consumption speed.Nowadays,consumers not only pay attention to the high quality and variety of fresh agricultural products,but also pay attention to the convenience of consumption mode.At the same time,with the rapid development of China’s e-commerce,fresh product e-commerce appears in China,more and more fresh agricultural products retailers choose to open offline channel and online channel simultaneously.Meanwhile,The biggest characteristic of fresh agricultural products is easy to deteriorate,their inventory loss still is a widespread phenomenon between fresh product e-commerce because of this characteristic.Therefore,the development of fresh product e-commerce is inseparable from the formulation of reasonable inventory control strategy.To with this,based on the research of the inventory control strategy about fresh agricultural products dual-channel supply chain,this paper takes fresh agricultural product retailers with offline and online sales channels as the research object.Consumer demand in online channel of retailers is affected by price and inventory,while it is affected by price and product freshness from the perspective of demand.Fresh products are divided into instantaneous and non-instantaneous deterioration products from the perspective of product deterioration characteristics.Whether the retailer keeps the product fresh is also considered.On the basis of classical inventory model of perishable products,this paper constructs four inventory models of fresh retailer dual-channel supply chain.In order to maximize the profit of retailers,this paper obtains the optimal sales price and optimal order quantity of retailers under different modes through mathematical modeling.Sensitivity analysis is conducted on the deterioration rate,related parameters affecting the demand rate,order cycle,freshness decay index and other related factors that affect the retailer’s profit,and the influence of different factors on sales profit is discussed respectively.This paper puts forward the management inspiration of fresh agricultural product retailer’s inventory ordering strategy.Firstly,for instantaneous deterioration of fresh products without preservation measures,in order to increase the profit,the retailers should sell products whose demand rate is greatly influenced by the inventory level,demand rate are greatly influenced by freshness and product deterioration rate is low.At the same time,appropriately extending the ordering cycle time of products also can increase the sales profits of retailers.Retailers should take fresh-keeping measures for instantaneous deterioration of fresh agricultural products,and in the case of fresh-keeping measures,in order to increase profits,retailers should sell instantaneous deterioration of fresh agricultural products whose demand rate is greatly affected by inventory,demand rate is greatly affected by freshness and product deterioration rate is low.At the same time,extending the order cycle time appropriately and increasing the fresh-keeping investment for products to a certain extent can also increase the retailer’s profit.Secondly,for non-instantaneous deterioration of fresh products without preservation measures,in order to increase the profit,the retailer should sell products whose demand rate is less affected by the inventory level,demand rate are greatly influenced by freshness and product deterioration rate is low.At the same time,appropriately reducing the ordering cycle time of products also can increase the sales profits of retailers.In principle,retailers should not take preservation measures for non-instantaneous deterioration of fresh agricultural products in order to increase profits,but in order to ensure the stability of quality during inventory,retailers should take appropriate preservation measures.In order to increase profits,retailers should sell products whose demand rate is less affected by inventory,demand rate is greatly affected by freshness and product deterioration rate is low.At the same time,reducing the order cycle time appropriately and decreasing the fresh-keeping investment for products to a certain extent can also increase the retailer’s profit. |
