With the prosperity and development of the economy and the continuous advancement of technology,not only the demand for cold chain products is increasing day by day,but also the quality requirements for the products are getting higher and higher.However,the rapid economic development has also brought a negative impact on the environment.In recent years,people’s awareness of environmental protection has gradually increased,and the idea of ecological civilization construction and the concept of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" have been put forward one after another.Therefore,green and low carbon has become a national development strategy.Due to the perishable characteristics of cold chain products,compared with general conventional logistics,cold chain logistics needs to consume more energy in order to ensure the quality of products.Therefore,the energy consumption and carbon emissions in the transportation process are relatively large,which is contrary to the concept of green development.The cold chain logistics distribution center connects manufacturers and customers and affects the distribution efficiency of the logistics.Reasonable selection of distribution centers is of great significance to ensure the freshmess of food and reduce distribution costs.This paper takes the distribution center location problem in logistics as the research object,comprehensively considers refrigeration,cargo damage,carbon emissions and other factors,establishes a low-carbon cold chain logistics distribution center location model with the goal of minimizing the total cost,and uses the improved artificial fish swarm algorithm to optimize and solve the problem.The main work of this paper:(1)In order to minimize the total cost,a low-carbon cold chain logistics distribution center location model is established,which includes manufacturer,distribution center and customer.The total cost includes not only fixed cost,transportation cost and penalty cost,but also the cost of goods damage,refrigeration cost and carbon emission cost in order to keep low temperature.(2)RNA-artificial fish swarm algorithm is proposed.The transposition operation,permutation operation and recombination operation in RNA calculation are introduced into the artificial fish swarm algorithm,the transposition and replacement operation can exchange the encoded location information,enhance the degree of information exchange,and improve the search efficiency of the algorithm;the recombination operation can help the algorithm to get rid of the local optimization and better search the optimization in the whole search range.The function test results show that the improved algorithm can achieve better results in search accuracy,stability and so on.At the same time,RNA-artificial fish swarm algorithm can get lower total cost when solving the low-carbon cold chain logistics distribution center location model.(3)Fireworks-artificial fish swarm algorithm is proposed.According to the characteristics of fireworks algorithm,the problem that fish swarm algorithm is easy to fall into local extremum in the later stage is improved.Explosion and Gaussian mutation spark in fireworks algorithm are introduced into fish swarm algorithm,so that individuals can better communicate information,increase the diversity of fish swarm and improve local search ability.Use the mapping and selection operation in fireworks algorithm to make all individuals within the defined range.The improved fireworks-artific ial fish swarm algorithm is tested by complex functions,and the results show that the improved algorithm has higher accuracy,faster convergence speed and stronger stability.The improved algorithm is applied to the location model of low-carbon cold chain logistics distribution center,and the simulation results show that the location scheme with lower cost can be obtained.(4)Taking the location problem of low-carbon cold chain logistics distribution center in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area as an example,the basic artificial fish swarm algorithm,RNA-artificial fish swarm algorithm and fireworks-artificial fish swarm algorithm are used to optimize the solution.The results show that fireworks-artificial fish swarm algorithm can get the lowest total cost of site selection,followed by RNA-artificial fish swarm algorithm,and the basic artificial fish swarm algorithm is the largest.According to the simulation results,some suggestions are put forward. |
