With the adjustment of economic structure and the improvement of residents’ wealth and the gradual improvement of China’s social security system,commercial vehicle personal loan business is also experiencing rapid development.As a result,more and more financial institutions are involved in the commercial vehicle loan market,and the competition among financial institutions is becoming increasingly fierce.At the same time,due to the difference in financing cost and pricing ability of various financial institutions,the pricing of commercial vehicle market is chaotic,and the phenomenon of low risk customers’ pricing is often too low and low risk customers’ pricing is too high among different institutions and even within the same institution.On the one hand,financial institutions cannot get sufficient risk compensation for high-risk customers,and on the other hand,low-risk customers cannot get matching loan pricing.This situation will lead to the loss of high-quality low-risk customers and the inflow of high-risk customers,leading to adverse selection.How to make a reasonable price for commercial car loan market has become an important issue in the development of commercial car loan market.Compared with western developed countries,China has a late start in the development of commercial vehicle personal loan business,which lacks the combination of practical experience and theory.The system of risk management of this business is not perfect,and it is still in the preliminary exploration stage in practical work.At present,for commercial vehicle loans,financial institutions generally use conventional loan pricing model for reference and combine customer credit information with big data information to price loans without distinction under one pricing model.This pricing model breaks away from the unique situation of commercial car loan market,and simply copying the pricing model of general loan business is easy to cause pricing distortion.Based on this,this paper first introduces the development process and current situation of commercial car loan in China,and then integrates the problems and solutions found in the practice of commercial car loan into the paper.Taking A commercial Bank as an example,this paper analyzes the risks existing in the development of commercial vehicle personal loan business of A bank in 2018,2019,2020 and 2021,and then selects representative indicators found in practice for research,so as to build A risk pricing model in line with commercial vehicle loan business.Then,by analyzing relevant problems,Including information loss caused by pricing distortion,finally put forward more reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.This paper studies business car loan practice and theoretical research,commercial vehicles for A commercial bank personal loan business long-term healthy development put forward reasonable suggestion and advice,further enrich the theory of related research,the personal loan business of commercial Banks in China commercial and other characteristics of the business theory study has certain reference significance.
