Research On The Housing Problem Of Youth In Big Cities From The Perspective Of Social Differentiation Of Youth Groups

The difficult housing problem of young people in big cities is the core of the difficult housing problem in our country at present: the key to solving the housing problem for urban and rural areas is in cities,the difficulty in urban housing problem lies in the young people,and the housing problem of the youth group is more prominent in big cities,solving the housing problem of the youth without property right in the big cities is the key to solve the country housing problem.The development opportunities attract many young people to participate in urban construction,which brings new demand to the real estate market.However,under the dual effect of the housing market reform and high housing prices,the housing problem of the youth has become increasingly prominent.It can be seen from this that the housing demand after urbanization and social differentiation has put forward higher requirements for the housing market,how to satisfy the differential housing demand of the youth group urgently needs the consummation of the housing policy of the big cities.In2017,the party’s 19 th National Congress report said that insisting that housing is for living,not for speculation,set the tone for a time when housing should return to its residential nature.To solve the problem of high housing prices in big cities,especially for new citizens and young people,is one of the important contents of the 14 th five-year plan.In March,the National People’s Congress first raised the issue of housing in large cities,Premier Li Keqiang said that the prominent problems of housing in large cities should be solved,and the construction of housing market systems and housing security systems should be strengthened,we will do our best to help new citizens and young people ease their housing difficulties.The government work report of March 2022 called for continued efforts to meet the People’s housing needs.This fully reflects the practice of China’s large and medium-sized urban housing system requirements and policy support for youth groups.At present,the existing research results mainly focus on the description of the current situation of housing difficulties of youth groups and explore the impact of factors.However,there is a lack of in-depth analysis on the cognition of social differentiation of youth groups and the formation mechanism of housing difficulties in big cities.Therefore,from the perspective of social differentiation of youth groups,this paper makes an overall grasp of the current situation and key problems of youth housing in big cities,and probes into the formation mechanism and essential characteristics of youth housing problems in big cities,then the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the housing difficulties of the youth in big cities,which is of practical significance to the development of the youth groups and the stability of the housing market.Under the background of the social differentiation of youth groups,this paper deeply grasps the characteristics of the social differentiation of youth groups.The refinement of differentiation types and the blurring of differentiation boundaries,take Beijing,Tianjin and Tangshan to explore the housing problem.From the perspective of social differentiation,it can clarify the formation mechanism of the housing problem of young people: the social differentiation of young people includes not only the pre-differentiation of family endowment,but also the post-differentiation of individual development of young people,the dual differentiation results in the difference of housing resources among the youth.After the differentiation,the youth has the alienation demand to the housing,will make the differentiation decision on the housing choice,then displays for the youth housing stratification.When the housing needs of young people are not satisfied or not satisfied,the housing difficulties of young people in big cities will arise.Among them,the number of people in the non-property housing class is the largest and the problem is more complex,so its housing problem is more prominent.Therefore,it is the key to solve the housing problem of the youth without property right in big cities.On the one hand,using Logit model to explore the influencing factors of youth housing difficulty in big cities.According to the city where the youth live,the youth are divided into three categories: Beijing Youth,Tianjin Youth and Tangshan Youth;according to the occupational types,the youth are divided into four categories: Growing Youth,endogenous youth,institutional youth and atomic youth.Their housing characteristics and the influencing factors of housing difficulties are analyzed.On the other hand,summarize and learn from Singapore,the United Kingdom,Japan and Chinese Hong Kong to solve the youth housing model.To sum up,this paper puts forward the following policy recommendations to improve the housing difficulties of young people in big cities: expand the scope of housing security for youth groups;balance the supply and demand of housing market with hierarchical governance;deal with the heterogeneous youth housing problems by classification;guide the gradient consumption of housing for youth at all levels;strictly examine the burden of housing taxes and fees for youth groups;reshaping the housing financial security service system.
