Research On Transformation And Upgrading Of Sugarcane Industry From The Perspective Of Industrial Integration

The report of the 19th CPC National Congress pointed out that China’s economy has shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality development,and economic development must shift to high-quality and high-efficiency development.Agriculture is an important part of China’s economic development,and sugarcane industry is an important aspect of agricultural economic development,which is of great significance to ensure the safety of sugar in China.Therefore,this paper has important practical significance to study the transformation and upgrading of sugarcane industry.Based on the transformation and upgrading of the sugarcane as the research object,by industry amalgamation as the breakthrough point,based on the theory of industry transformation and upgrading,industrial convergence theory,theory of agricultural versatility,combed the industrial convergence to promote transformation and upgrading of agricultural mechanism,think industrial convergence efficiency can improve product added value and promote industry development,promoting agricultural versatility,The transformation and upgrading of agriculture can be realized through the penetration and support of technology,the promotion of industrial association and the expansion of new forms of business,so as to transform it into an ecological,low-carbon,circular and high-quality agriculture.Then,entropy method was used to measure the industrial integration level and transformation and upgrading level of sugarcane main producing areas,and the measurement results were analyzed.Then panel data were used to further study the impact of industrial integration on the transformation and upgrading of sugarcane industry.The conclusions are as follows:Firstly,there was regional heterogeneity in the integration development level of sugarcane industry.Specifically,the integration degree of Guangdong and Guangxi showed an upward trend,while that of Yunnan showed a downward trend.The transformation and upgrading level of sugarcane industry in the three main producing areas is increasing year by year.Secondly,the improvement of industry integration has a positive role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of sugarcane industry;The organizational degree of farmers and the comparative advantage of the industry also had a significant positive impact on the transformation and upgrading of sugarcane industry.The influence coefficient of investment level and rural financial development scale is negative,but the regression coefficient of financial development scale is not significant.The influence coefficient of human capital content is positive but not significant.Based on the empirical results and the status quo of sugarcane industry transformation and upgrading,the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the transformation and upgrading of sugarcane industry,such as strengthening government support,perfecting industrial system construction and increasing scientific research investment.
