| The occurrence of public crisis events has the characteristics of sudden, great harm and many uncertain factors. For rural commercial banks,if such events are not handled properly, they will encounter risks such as credit, market and liquidity, affect the stable operation of rural commercial banks and regional economic development, and also have a negative impact on the order and safety of social public life. Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out investigation and Research on the response of rural commercial banks to public crisis events. These conclusions not only have application value for the operation and management of rural commercial banks, but also have theoretical reference value for the government and the banking and insurance regulatory department to formulate policies and guidelines. The self-designed questionnaire and scale can be used as a measurement tool for rural commercial banks to prevent public crisis events. This paper compiled a questionnaire on the influencing factors of public crisis events of rural commercial banks, distributed the questionnaire to the employees of rural commercial banks in Sanmenxia City,Henan Province, collected 958 sample data, used descriptive statistical analysis, and constructed latent variables through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.Using the structural equation full model method, the causal model is constructed, the path analysis is carried out,and the model is evaluated combined with the goodness of fit evaluation index, and the conclusion consistent with the theoretical hypothesis is obtained.Using structural equation modeling technology, this paper constructs a four factor model of influencing factors, which is divided into four dimensions: crisis cognition, crisis reporting and handling ability, crisis solution and crisis early warning;Secondly,it constructs a two factor model with the two dimensions of crisis impact results and identity satisfaction as a whole. Finally, taking crisis cognition, crisis reporting and handling ability, crisis resolution and crisis early warning as exogenous latent variables, crisis impact results and identity satisfaction as endogenous latent variables,a causal model is established as an evaluation model for rural commercial banks to deal with public crisis events. The results of the model show that crisis cognition has the greatest positive impact on the impact of crisis, followed by crisis early warning, and the impact of the other two crisis reporting and handling capabilities and Crisis Solutions is weak;Crisis early warning has the greatest positive impact on identity satisfaction, followed by crisis reporting and handling ability, and the other two crisis solutions and crisis cognition have a weak impact. Finally, taking identity satisfaction as an intermediary variable, the other structures remain unchanged,an identity satisfaction intermediary model is established, and the model data are analyzed by bootstrap method. The results show that the intermediary effect of identity satisfaction intermediary variables is significant between the three cause variables of crisis awareness, crisis reporting and handling ability, and crisis resolution and the outcome variables of crisis impact; The intermediary variable of identity satisfaction has a masking effect between the cause variable of crisis early warning and the result variable of crisis impact. |
