| With the development of digital information technology,financial sharing came into being.It solves the problems of cumbersome and inefficient traditional financial work.As a new financial management model,it has been widely recognized.However,in recent years,the rise of "industry finance integration" requires financial work to extend to the business side,promote the transformation of financial accounting function to management function,and strengthen financial support for enterprise strategic decision-making.At present,many large enterprises in China have successfully established financial shared service centers,but they are still in the initial stage of establishment and run for a short time.Therefore,the current research is still focused on how to build a Financial Shared Service Center,and there are few studies on how to comprehensively optimize it.KD group’s Financial Shared Service Center has been established for decades and is now in the stage of stable operation.It is a relatively mature sharing center.The standardized and process-based financial sharing model helped KD group reduce financial costs,tide over the financial crisis and successfully realize strategic transformation.However,at present,the simplification of Financial Shared Service Center can no longer support the diversified development needs of the group.In the face of the rapidly changing market under the epidemic,it is very important for the Financial Sharing Service Center to improve the service quality and speed up the optimization process.This thesis selects KD group as the case study object to optimize the Financial Shared Service Center of KD group from the perspective of industry finance integration.This thesis takes solving the existing problems as the optimization goal,combs the general situation of the group,and optimizes and transforms the problems existing in the four aspects of organizational structure,information system,business process and human resource management.Among them,the proposal of existing problems is based on the analysis of the results of KD group’s questionnaire.The two questionnaires comprehensively collected the opinions of service providers and service recipients from the aspects of service quality and management mode,and strive to explore the real environment of current industry finance integration.Based on this,a practical optimization scheme is designed,and finally the expected effect is expected.With the nourishment of corporate culture and the support of the group’s leadership,relevant training on industry finance integration is organized to improve the competency of employees,so as to ensure the implementation progress of the optimization scheme.It is hoped that the research of this thesis can provide reference for KD group’s Financial Sharing optimization and transformation,as well as for other large enterprise groups to build and optimize financial sharing service centers. |
