Study On Influencing Factors And Conuntermeasures Of Passive Housing Industry Upgrading In Hebei Province

With the concept of ecological environmental protection further,the development mode of China’s construction industry has transformed to the direction of green energy saving.Passive ultra-low-energy building is a kind of green building that can save resources to the greatest extent,reduce pollution,provide healthy and comfortable living space for people,and realize the purpose of environmental protection.In recent years,passive ultra-low-energy buildings have been actively promoted across the country.Among them,the development speed of passive ultra-low-energy buildings and related extension industries in Hebei Province is at the upstream level of all provinces and cities,but the industry still has a lot of space for development,which should be upgraded to improve its development level.Therefore,it is necessary to dig out many factors affecting the upgrading and development of passive housing industry in Hebei Province,and put forward corresponding development suggestions and measures according to the factors,so as to promote the efficient and high-quality development of passive housing industry in Hebei Province.Comprehensive use of qualitative and quantitative analysis to Hebei passive housing industry upgrading development of the influencing factors and countermeasures.First of all,read and induce relevant theories in the literature,summarize the status quo of passive housing industry at home and abroad and the research results,find the existing shortcomings,and conclude that the thesis is to study the influencing factors as a breakthrough point.Secondly,based on the theoretical basis of relevant research methods and combined with the interview outline designed by demand,the interview data were obtained from the interviews of people related to the passive housing industry.The grounded theory coding analysis was carried out on the interview results to construct the theoretical model of influencing factors of the passive housing industry upgrading in Hebei Province,and44 influencing factors were obtained.It can be summarized into six dimensions:technology,construction,economy,policy and standard,industry and market.Thirdly,corresponding hypotheses are proposed according to the results of the theoretical model.According to the characteristics of the structural equation model and the results required by this study,empirical analysis of this study is carried out.The reliability of the model is tested by questionnaire survey in the form of initial scale and formal scale,and the influence degree of each factor is obtained.Finally,according to the analysis of the effective influencing factors,put forward targeted suggestions and safeguard measures.Study the development of passive housing industry upgrading factors in Hebei province,finally according to the results,from the perfect policy standards,promote industrial synergy,improve industry attention,innovation industry development mode,the introduction of digital technology put forward corresponding suggestions,and from the thinking,investment,enterprise collaboration,talent,long-term mechanism put forward the corresponding safeguard measures.This thesis using grounded theory research method from the perspective of relatively comprehensive study the problems existing in passive housing industry upgrading,build the theoretical model of influencing factors in Hebei province,the research results in Hebei province,for the passive housing industry upgrading in Hebei Province,has certain theoretical and practical significance.
