Research On The Performance Of Nanji E-commerce Back Door Listing

With the rise of new concepts such as informatization and "Internet +",as well as the acceleration of the global economic integration process,the competition among companies has become increasingly intensified.In order to gain a competitive advantage,many e-commerce companies have chosen to go public for financing.For growing companies,backdoor listing is a good option.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of relevant laws and regulations in my country,the requirements for Chinese enterprises to go public through the backdoor have been continuously improved,and the difficulty of successful backdoor listing has continued to increase.In such a big environment,it is of great practical significance for the development of China’s e-commerce enterprises to conduct in-depth research on the experience and existing problems of backdoor listing of my country’s e-commerce enterprises.Based on this,after reviewing relevant literature and theoretical basis,this thesis sorts out the process and motivation of Antarctic e-commerce backdoor listing Xinmin Technology,and then conducts a case study and analysis on the performance of enterprises after backdoor listing,in order to provide information for e-commerce companies that carry out backdoor listing.Provide corresponding inspiration.In terms of performance evaluation of backdoor listing,this thesis uses the combination of event research method,accounting research method and EVA analysis method to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the events of Antarctic e-commerce backdoor Xinmin Technology.The results of the study found that the long-term and short-term performance of Antarctic e-commerce after backdoor listing was good,and the market responded positively,which improved the company’s shareholder wealth and company value.Finally,based on the performance analysis and summary of the backdoor listing event of Antarctic E-commerce,it puts forward suggestions for the sustainable development of Antarctic E-commerce in the later stage of backdoor listing,and also provides inspiration for other backdoor listing companies.
