| Under the influence of multiple factors,such as the growing size of enterprise groups and the rapid development of information technology,financial sharing services have emerged.It has caused a change in the financial management model.By reconstructing the financial process,it has effectively reduced financial costs,improved accounting processing efficiency,and strengthened the management and control of subsidiary companies.However,the current financial shared services also have some shortcomings.For example,most of the financial shared service applications are concentrated at the operational level,focusing on execution and statistics,and the financial model with postprocessing as the core is facing a dilemma because it obviously lags behind the demand;another example is the coordination between financial shared services and other business modules within the enterprise and the connection and sharing of information between external upstream and downstream enterprises are not considered enough.Therefore,this paper takes the Financial Shared Service Center of Mengniu Dairy as the object,focuses on how to use new information technology to realize the digital transformation of financial management,analyzes financial shared services from the perspective of value chain,comprehensively considers all aspects that affect the transformation,and makes the transformation of financial shared services is more comprehensive,forward-looking and strategic,which is conducive to the realization of the financial management function in the new era.The research of this paper is based on the application of the new technology of big data,artificial intelligence,mobile Internet,cloud computing,internet of things,and with the help of relevant theoretical analysis cases,the following contents were studied: The first,combined with theories such as information islands,economies of scale,process reengineering,and synergistic effects,it analyzes the application of financial shared services in the outstanding features of cost reduction and efficiency increase,reasonable risk avoidance,value appreciation,etc.;the second is to explain the financial shared services from the main value-added aspects of information system integration,business process reengineering,and financial organization reform start from the financial value chain,it provides theoretical basis for case analysis;the third aspect is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the operation status of the financial shared service model and the direction of future transformation;Fourth,to analyze the effects of cost and efficiency,financial function and financial transformation of financial sharing services from the three dimensions space,time and level combine the financial shared service model of Mengniu Dairy from the value chain perspective,and on this basis,analyze their shortcomings based on the value chain,and put forward optimization suggestions on the data value chain,internal value chain and external value chain,in order to provide reference for other enterprises.This paper believes that the financial shared service model improves the efficiency of enterprise operation,realizes the standardization of processes,expands the functions of financial analysis and support decision making,and promotes the digital transformation.On the other hand,the value of data assets associated with financial shared services has not yet been developed fully,the advantages of financial sharing are still limited within the enterprise and have not been extended to other enterprises in the value chain.It is recommended that enterprises further improve shared services,and on the basis of data specifications,process specifications,and business specifications,combined with digital transformation,they should be deeply embedded in all angles of the value chain to achieve value creation. |
