Service Design Of Express Delivery Terminals For Urban Communities

With the continuous development of e-commerce,online shopping,and the online economy,the scale of the express delivery industry has also risen,and the express delivery industry’s ability to serve the national economy has also continued to increase.The following is the improvement of service quality requirements.The rapid growth of the express industry has brought a series of problems and contradictions.The first and Contradictions between low levels.Therefore,the optimization and upgrading of the urban community express delivery terminal service system is the top priority to improve the overall service level of the express delivery industry.The urban community express terminal service system is huge and complicated.In order to facilitate optimization and upgrading,this paper divides the urban community express terminal service system into four parts: express points,intelligent express cabinets,transportation processes,and users.For the above four parts,use the service design theory(service contact theory)to analyze the process and structure of the urban community express terminal express service system;To propose solutions,the ultimate goal is to build an open discussion platform to make suggestions for the healthy development of the express delivery industry.
