Abstract/Summary:
Now China’s economy has entered a stage of high-quality development,environmental issues appear to be particularly important.Our country attaches great importance to climate and environmental issues,and actively advocates the participation of people of all ethnic groups in global climate and environmental governance.Various provinces and cities have also issued various policies for environmental issues.Major strategic decisions for the implementation of double carbon targets,to fully implement xi jinping,general secretary of jiangxi inspection the important speech spirit,green low carbon transformation,all-round economic and social development at a higher standard to build a beautiful China’s "model" in jiangxi province,jiangxi province people’s congress(NPC)around the goal of "take the lead in setting an example,have the courage to competition" to locate a series of decisions.Based on the above reasons,this paper will study and analyze the carbon emission and low-carbon development of Jiangxi Province,and provide some reference for Jiangxi province to achieve its low-carbon development goals.In this paper,the overall situation of low carbon development in jiangxi province as well as social and economic development and the status quo of the energy consumption and carbon emissions were summarized,from the economic,social,environmental,transportation,and other aspects into account,using the composite index method,builds the index system of low-carbon development in jiangxi province,and through the principal component analysis,the indicators for measuring the weight value,The low carbon development level of Jiangxi province from 2010 to2019 is analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the low carbon development level of Jiangxi Province is improving year by year,and the path of low carbon development should be carried out in the aspects of controlling the development rate of per capita GDP,adjusting the industrial structure and controlling the proportion of coal consumption.The LMDI decomposition method was used to calculate the effect value of different factors on carbon emissions,and then the influence degree of each factor on carbon emissions was analyzed.It was concluded that in the process of reducing carbon emissions,stable economic development,optimization and upgrading of industrial structure should be considered.On the basis of factor decomposition,then STIRPAT extended model was used to predict the carbon peak and the time under the three scenarios.The results showed that the carbon peak before 2030 could be achieved only when the adjustment speed of economic development,energy intensity,energy consumption structure and the proportion of secondary industry could be controlled steadily.
