Smart tourism is an important direction for the transformation and upgrading of China’s tourism industry.OTA(online travel agency)online group is an important form of smart tourism supply chain.The 14 th five year plan for national economic and social development of the people’s Republic of China and the outline of long-term objectives for 2035 clearly put forward the need to further develop smart tourism,innovate tourism product system,improve tourism consumption experience,and accelerate the integrated development of online and offline.Firstly,this thesis analyzes and designs the operation characteristics of OTA online group service providers combined with the process of tourism group participants participating in OTA online group;Secondly,using the data of Ctrip tourism online group,this paper analyzes the relevant needs of current tourism group players for online group services and the design status of OTA online group products;Then,through the machine learning model GBDT two classification algorithm,this thesis analyzes the impact of the operation characteristics of each online group service provider on the service quality of OTA online group,and analyzes the contribution of each online group service provider to the online group in combination with the characteristic importance of each feature in the model;Finally,the generation route of OTA online quality service is found out through the algorithm principle,and the operation mechanism of OTA online quality service providers is analyzed.This thesis draws the following conclusions: The contribution of each tourism supplier to OTA online group is different,from big to small,they are OTA,participating scenic spots,transportation service providers,hotels,and OTA’s contribution is more than half,occupying an absolute leading position;OTA online group service needs to be completed by all suppliers.OTA online group service with small group size is easier to improve the perceived quality of tourists,and tourists’ perceived quality of OTA online group service with large group size is generally poor;Under different group sizes,the efforts of suppliers to improve tourists’ perceived quality of online group products are also different.
