Research On The Application Effect Of Enterprise Financial Sharing Service

In the context of the overall reform and opening up of the country,the horn of change has sounded.With the passage of time,over the past 40 years,various industries have developed rapidly,many large multinational enterprises have emerged,and with each passing day,people’s lives change.Finance has progressed from simple bookkeeping to being the digital brain of businesses.Simultaneously,industry competition among businesses is getting increasingly severe.How to get businesses to realize low-cost,high-efficiency unified management is a problem that all businesses face.More and more enterprises tend to use intelligent technology to solve problems,and the demand for financial automation is growing.This paper takes group A as the research object.Group A is a large comprehensive communication technology equipment manufacturer in China.The establishment and application of financial shared service mode are relatively mature.Firstly,it expounds the basic concept of financial shared service model,Taking Group A as an example,based on the theory of organizational structure,sharing economy theory,resource allocation theory and business process reengineering theory,this paper expounds the selection motivation,establishment and development and basic content of the Financial Shared Service Mode of group A.Secondly,according to the independent characteristics of group A,an evaluation framework is established to comprehensively analyze and evaluate its early stage,middle stage and mature stage from the aspects of operation effect,financial effect,stakeholders and timeliness.Finally,the results of the application of Financial Shared Service Model in group A are discussed and improvement measures are given.The study found that the reason why group a applied the financial shared service model relatively successfully is that it has strong executive power and scientific management methods.Simultaneously,the financial shared service model allows the business to develop a clear strategic plan,decrease management costs,reduce the number of employees,and improve management level.However,this study also focuses on areas that can be improved and proposes improvement approaches,such as boosting compound talent nurturing,optimizing process design,strengthening information system construction,and improving product competitiveness.It provides a reference for group A and other enterprises to move towards the integrated management mode of Strategic Finance,operational finance and shared finance,in order to effectively promote the application of enterprise sharing mode and deeply tap the value of big data.
